You can also download this savegame file in teh driver madness downloads area.
download[dot]drivermadness[dot]net
look in d3/saves and it should be in there.

This is the pc version.
I don't think cheat disks exist for pc versions, only trainers, I was able to achieve this by modifying some of the files within driv3r, I've been meaning to release the file for quite sometime. Just haven't gotten enough time yet :S.
But I will release it soon! ;)
BTW: If somebody is interested in the Cheats for the PC version of the game...
I have 'em!
Just send me a message and I can send you a savegame file with all cheats (invincibility, unlimited ammo, ...) accessible via email.
