I'm a medium/long distance runner not a competition fighter but I've never heard of any techniques that involved restricting air flow into the lungs to improve endurance. Sounds like it would cause fainting from lack of oxygen and headaches/vomiting. But again, I'm a track runner, not a competition fight.

I am supper fast in shadowboxing, only because i use wrist ankle vest whith weights it totaled up to 75 pounds. When you take it off your at super speed. With powerfull and fast hits.
@ScottKovacichChannel another thing u can do is jogger stretches and butterfly stretches but the main ones that will improve flexibility are the side splits and front and back splits, don't try to do this though without warming up or u will tear a muscle make sure u prepare to do splits by doing other stretches and holding all stretches for 2 to 3 minutes.

Another resistance technique i would like to share with you guys is to firstly get a Stereo and play Porn Jazz music just to get the Ambiance right. Then get two Buckets put a foot in each one and fill them up with concrete once it has hardened you have two very effective leg weights. After that do several laps round your local Park fantastic for your Endurance. Make sure you dont fall in a Lake or Pond though or you will be in a World of shit.
What i like to do is sit in my Car and attach a garden hose to the exhaust pipe just pop it in the window and leave the Car running it really helps build up lung endurance.

What about the "chips method"? Highly underrated for stamina! Basically, get a stop watch and a new bag of Doritos, open, and begin eating. While timing yourself, finish the entire bag, no exceptions! Next, get another bag and scarf it down as well, only this round try to beat your time from the first round. Keep doing this while watching tv and instead of looking for a job. When your dad inevitably asks what you've done all day, explain, followed by showing him your record time :) Then run.

Correction: No one ever builds stamina by trying different techniques in a fight. You learn to build stamina and endurance through hard workouts and discipline in them. You shouldn't be telling people to fight this way. Take up a martial art if you want to know how to fight. If you attack somebody and that person didn't attack you that's a criminal act and the other person can really blow all the money out of your wallet in court. There are so many incorrect fight stances they should be illegal

@DaveooDoes For a guy like me kicking is suck bc when ur enemy grabbed ur leg, u are done. I'm great with close combat. Not even think about jabbing ur enemy if u are short, engage him/her quickly to find out the weakness then retreat. U fight right after they just attack, grabbing leg or hand.
Goals are keep distance with ur enemy, quickly strike him down and make sure the enemy is tired by luring him attack you, after this it's your time to get payback.

you look like you have good technique and speed but this isnt the proper way to shadow box you punch slow and in front of a mirror you will mess up ur elbows if throw this fast and fully extend

Correction: No one ever builds stamina by trying different techniques in a fight. You learn to build stamina and endurance through hard workouts and discipline in them. You shouldn't be telling people to fight this way. Take up a martial art if you want to know how to fight. If you attack somebody and that person didn't attack you that's a criminal act and the other person can really blow all the money out of your wallet in court. There are so many incorrect fight stances they should be illegal

You need to work on your sprawls, you do them wrong, I understand doing them properly on solid ground would hurt, but if you're going to show them and acknowledge them in an instructional video, at least get a mat and do them right, or learn to do them right if you don't know how... sorry, I used to wrestle so I couldn't help but be bothered by it, but I won't criticize you anywhere else

stretch. stretch. stretch. and kick drills. I've seen guys about 3 times his size that can kick just as high. I've kicked too high too fast before to where the momentum brought my anchor foot off the ground. hehe. Practice makes perfect.

@DaveooDoes For a guy like me kicking is suck bc when ur enemy grabbed ur leg, u are done. I'm great with close combat. Not even think about jabbing ur enemy if u are short, engage him/her quickly to find out the weakness then retreat. U fight right after they just attack, grabbing leg or hand.
Goals are keep distance with ur enemy, quickly strike him down and make sure the enemy is tired by luring him attack you, after this it's your time to get payback.
