I say go for another riverbed system. Your video, along with others I have seen, have really inspired me to try this either in my kitchen or my patio. If you make another riverbed system....could you show us how to make...that would be greatly appreciated!
I say play with it! But, I am being selfish because I've been making the poorman's unit. I think you will get a bigger yield out of the riverbed unit. Great video!
That is the sun side of the greenhouse. Thankfully it does get shaded twards the late afternoon. I am also building 2 large riverbed style growbeds on the outside of the greenhouse where one will hopefully allow for some more shade. Right here where we are the sun is almost straight above us during the Summer months so there really isnt much shade anywhere.
your wanting to max it out i would think a second riverbed would be the best for that.
i would worry about the amount of light one or the other would get i dont know anything about your green house alignment with the suns movement so that would be a judgment call on your end.
i think people generally plant their grow beds like they do the garden when you really only need enough space for the stalk to grow over planting in aquaponics isnt THAT big of a deal. i have 1 season of experience.
