Even with the dated graphics, this seems like the most authentic depection of combat in a video game that I've seen.

Now, with Battlefield 3, I hope that they can bring this level of realism up to date. Can't wait to tear it up old school on Karkand :)

@EasterGhost Are you serious? BF2 wasn't realistic at all... specially before the final patch when prone spamming was the only way to get kills, BF3 is a lot more realistic but it also prioritizes balance. If you want to see more realism you should play ArmA2.

I hate idiots that punishes for accidental teamkills because they are using the APC or the Tank as a shield (if you are in the tank, you got little view of what's behind you) trying to make a kill of the opponent tank or apc. Thumbs up if you agree!!

@bradley2621 download patch 1.41 and 1.50 and install them (1.41 first) that fixed most of the glitches ion my game then update your punk buster manually, there is a great guide on you tube if you need help doing the punk buster thing.

well first you gotta join a squad (contrl when you're alive) and then when in a squad, press T. depindg if your commander lets you or not, you will get a supply or vehicle drop :{D

@TheLastSliceOfPie, yeah i see. i think thats different between people what maps they like, some of my favour maps is city maps without jets, not because i can't fly them. but everyone else always stand and wait on the jet will respawn. so, if a full team with 32 players, then 20 of them are out and fight, and 12 is still on the hangar.. thats how i found the love in city maps ;) but i have fun flying a jet too, its not that :D

@darklyt750 Have you updated it to V1.41 and then from there to version 1.5? You can't patch it straight to v 1.5, need first 1.41. but then it should work.

It's the M4. Its my favourite weapon on bf2, cs and all games i play. Some people dont like this rifle but... dont care about what they say, they should be noobs. Oh, and in the late part that i play as medic is the m16, good aswell.
