To my understanding if a restaurant is under a certain classification they are allowed to pick and choose who they serve. Most restaurants don't want to get a bad reputation so they willfully serve everybody so they won't go out of business. I don't think I would serve TSA agents either. They serve as enforcers for a lawless government.

Most restaurants don't want to be stigmatized as being biased in any way so they willfully serve everyone, but there r exceptions. (For ex: a restaurant set up to serve the handicapped, a local union, clubs, etc...). To my understanding there have been no lawsuits filed against this restaurant nor have they been cited in a legal capacity for any wrongdoing.
