    Really like your workouts, I think they're great and timesaving.

    Thank you for having provided us these informative videos. Looking through your videos, what I understood is that your basic structrue consists of strength excercises and cardio excercies and in one 30min session, you have one 15min strength and one 15min cardio session..am i right?

    And the above is a strength excercise?
