@rhysandmiles There were so many things that happened at the French Culinary Institute that made me laugh so hard I couldn't breathe. It was great food: gingerbread and shortbread cookies, foie gras dipped in chocolate topped with macadamia nuts, cake and a fresh baguette. We didn't hit as many sit-down food places as we liked, but there's a obvious sandwich culture.
