Nice Pike! I hooked a huge Pike on a plug the other day- In a moment of stupidity, I didn't notice I'd packed 4lb line! Line snapped, taking my best plug and a fine trace... Not caught a Pike in 6 years, then a bumper one comes by, and I pack roach line... I am ashamed....

well stew, you little tip worked! i went carping with a method feeder and my flask, and evry time i touched it, i had a knock. soon as i poor a brew, WHOOSH goes the tip! i ended up with nine decent carp and a 1lb roach! i probably would have balnked without my cuppa! cheers!
