The chords are pretty simple. The verses alternate between D, G7 (I think Dave Bryson with CC plays a variation of G7, but it's close). Chorus is: G, A, Em, G. Bridge is the same as verses, just alternatve between D, G7.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, that song is "Girl from the North Country." Adam Duritz has inserted lyrics from this song in other Counting Crows songs in concert. I'm not sure if he's ever done it with "Sullivan Street" specifically, but I thought the lyrics fit, since the song seems to be about a girl who is no longer around: "Either way now, I don't really care 'cause I'm long gone from there ..."

2; when your at the part where its like 'im almost drowning in her sea she nearly crawlin on her knees' make that part big and loud and powerful! DONT JUST SING THE SONG.. U gotta feel it! u should try again and post it .. cuz i no u can do it! ur pretty good!
3;u sound like u sing through ur nose at some of the most powerful and meaningful parts! keep tryin!
