The question that will be is does the Federal court have authority to disobey or outrul Federal statute 42 USC 247d that gives govt authority to mandate vaccs? The state courts cannot hear the issue for lack of jurisdiction, the feds have federal statute authority and that statute has been in place for decades.
very good informative video, yes a TRO or temporary restraining order could be filed however in mass filings throughout the "different counties" that reside in every respective state. if you can prove to the judge in your filing, your pleading, your motion, your written argument that you would suffer irreparable harm without the restraining order the judge probably would allow the restraining order to pass,
now you have to serve multiple copies of the order to every agency, hospital, clinic, on municipal county state level so the order will be known understood and applied
