Interesting road noise distraction. I was also a bit concerned that a 3700sft home would have a slab ground floor. It won't be fun if you ever redo plumbing.
Lotsa splashy water sounds to mask the noise of cars on the nearby freeway...Gotta say, not a bad selling technique. It probably would have fooled me.
