My Nikon manual doesn't explain this: what is the difference in a 1.3 vs. 1.3"? I understand the " is the second. Nikon needs to put out a chart of all the speeds and what they mean on the camera. Their numbers on the camera are confusing. I have seen other cameras and understand their numbers better.

Also, my apeture will program to Lo or Hi automatically when I choose a slow or high shutter. What does that mean?
