I think the trailer and idea are good. the thing is, how do these issues come into the news and get discussed among people. People are peripherally, but it only gets into the active discussion because someone brings attention to it. While Madonna is a celebrity and is definitely not lacking in wealth, it is because she actively produced the movie, and promote it, that bring attention to the issue. My husband worked for a Transport Co, they distributed condoms to drivers for free, so that they could protect themselves. Most of them did not use them, because 'it is not the same thing'. Rural/urban mentality in Africa has to change DRASTICALLY for the sake of the next generation.

For a foreigner to adopt a child, one must first live in the country for at least a year, and even then you tend to need 'connections' to adopt a child quickly. I didn't give my view on the law, and there are problems with it, however, it is important to consider what signal an 'illegal' adoption sends out.
