  • so to everyone who wants to try this recipe, something else you can do instead of using "bad" rice is to substitute the sushi rice Asians normally eat for a Californian grown rice which is grown in a dry rice patty (like wheat or other grains). This, when cooked, gives a much drier texture, and doesn't make the rice "crunchy" like leaving it in the fridge for a night.

  • ....the way you cook is weird, it's not proper and you say um a lot. It kind of kills your video. Makes it hard to watch and understand with all your "um"

  • @Amainoyume -- Saying "um" "uh" is the biggest ill in most English speaking nations. Just look at our own President Obama.

  • i have try that before.. i use tuna fish from a can.. but it's still pretty good and easy.. Great for the college life. LOL

  • oh god i had Kimchi fried rice 3 days ago and i cant believe i lived all these years without it. its AMAZING. now, i must learn how to make KIMCHI first :D
