Thanks a mil for these demos. I'm running a Tele (normal not deluxe) into a dual terror with a marshall cab (Hoping to buy a PPC212 shortly) so the sounds are gonna be pretty similar. Plus your one of the only people who plays indie/alternative songs instead of blues licks/lead all the time so I actually get an idea of chordal sounds! Again thank you!

But i'm gonna buy a new one for sure, the only overdrive/fuzz i have right now is an electro harmonix big muff, but it's only for solo's not for power chords or anything.

Its impossible to play Metal on a RAT ;) The Reason he is playing this riffs is because the RAT is build to sound like this and only this. In my opinion it sounds incredible but its too expensive if you compare it to BOSS distortion pedals.

Hi there,

I've got a proco RAT and wondering whether anyone has a problem that I have. When I use humbuckers (or just boost the input signal) and have distortion past 12 o'clock there is a big volume dip when I first attack (like it's running out of juice). No problem when I use single coils or don't boost the input signal.

Anyone have this problem? Mine's a modded RAT if that helps?
