For those that see this, not ALL American's are like this. Less than 0.1% of people actually do this and it's not their fault either.
It's a lack of proper education on what's really going on as far as Fisheries are concerned.
Once people shown in these video's learn that fish population = LB / Body of water, they'll figure out all they do is kill, WASTING and teaching the kids that it's the way to do things.

To tell you the truth we just have fish that are more exciting then a stupid faced carp. : ) It has a stigma attached to it as far as food because here Asians would eat them but they do not because they don't want to seem whatever way it is that you look. I don't know. Fish and Game sometimes pay commercial fishermen to catch them but like I said there is no demand and no market. I hope that helps
