I couldn't agree with you more. Americans are on both sides of the border, not just the US. However, in all fairness, the same could easily be said for all the Mexicans who have moved north to the US. I can certainly guarantee you that there are FAR more Mexicans migrating to the US than there are US citizens moving south. No offense, but lets be fair. When US citizens move south of the border, they take a substantial amount of financial support with them that Mexicans at least benefit from.

Top rated comment isn't from real Mexican. No Mexican (or Latin American) specifically calls someone from the US an "American," because we consider everyone in the American continent as American. As for foreigners moving to Mexico, I personally don't mind, but I do mind they are buying a lot of sea shore property and raising real estate prices too much, which doesn't work well for citizens of a 3rd world country with lower income. A limit should at least be placed on foreign property purchase.

This isn't Mexico. PERIOD. That city sold itself out to tourism because it can't generate income on anything else except the local selling of tortas. Come a bit more south (believe it or not, it gets safer the more south you go since most of the narcotraficantes occupy the border) and you'll see where it's really at ;)
