I am the biggest Walter Payton fan possible watching him while growing up in Chicago. This pains me to say...but Barry Sanders was God. It is not even close. There has been nobody close to this guy before or after. The only other game changing running back of this era was Bo Jackson...and he got hurt early in his career or he would have broke everyone's records. Barry had 11 guys at the line on every play. Their QB;s were absolute garbage.

I have said it before and said again. Bush is a specialty weapon on 2nd and 3rd downs, gadget plays, play-action, and KR/PR. The same thing he was at USC only this time he is playing waaayyyy better Defenses and not the powder puffs at Fresno St.

I read his autobiography and it talked about the only reason that sanders left is because he lost his competitive spirit because the lions lost so much.
