@Nocchidesu4 Actually, the first step in the dance is a popular step called "club," (in Toyko, at least) and in order to slide your feet along the ground that fast, one of your legs must be balanced on the heel with the ball up, and the other leg balanced on the ball with the heel up. It looks like the perfume version is closer the the ground because they're wearing higher heels which put their feet in that position naturally.
