can i just ask since im not used to doing this would this be a good idea

im gonig to open up my pc and take a photo of all the wires from teh psu and take pics of where they go and which connectors go there.

then I will screw out the old psu and screw the new one in note: will not remove the ac cords.

i will then take out each ac cord one by one then find the same cord with the new PSU and put that one in. Boot up if it doesnt work I'll refer to my old pictures and replace the old PSU.
