I really wish they would bring out the true R&B singers out and Johnny Gill is definitely one of them. The man has vocals and it's sad that you don't hear much about the real R&B singers; what's up with that?

I am thrilled that Johnny Gill has released another treasure. In the mood was a treat and still sounds tremendous. I don't know what is wrong with the record companies that he had sound with, but THEY FAILED TO PROMOTE THIS TALENT!!!!!! He a truly a vocalist and a strong balladeer. One of the last Giants who can really belt out a song WITHOUT gimmics! I'm still trying to find this CD, I guess I will have to go to Amazon. On the question of his sexuality.....Who the hell cares?

I found this song as a bonus on an export album (Japan). Track 15. This was from the "Let's Get the Mood Right" album. It has a gospel edge to it that I just love.
