Onew tried his best though, and it paid off. He does have great leadership skills when it comes to his band members though.

After that , they set a new rule to rotate leaders for every promotions , so the burden can be shared equally

Now the currently leader is Hyomin .

The eldest = Doesnt mean must be the leader .

Wonder Girls , Big Bang didnt had the eldest to be the leader .
