It happened to me because I was trying to Send a ATV with C4 on it into a building. I kept hitting the detonate button but it kept throwing more C4...
Happens to me when I lag.. Worst I ever had was guns that did no damage.. but that was onslaught, literally empty clips in to guys at point blank and couldn't kill them, someone else comes up and puts a bullet in them.. ended up having to get road kills lol

I use this glitch all the time to power destroy bases, plant 6 on the obj, back up, shoot the c4, repeat.

no its just the camera i use. when doing video its makes clicking noise i think its because of focusing
