@xoxUnD3R0aThxox Salam brother, from my own experience I started to lose hair when I was 19 in the classical horseshoe automated fasion. I started my 1st session of Hijama in Feb 2011 and I have not lost a single hair since. I am also feeling tingling sensaions throughout my scalp which I have confirmation from the hijamist therapist that it is due to an increase/abundance of blood circulation.
Manshallah and thank Allah for allowing me to have this knowledge, inshallah new hairs will show.

I couldn't fit this sentence in the previous comment but inshallah brother with patience (subur) and faith in Allah, results will start to show beyond your expectations.

The tingling feeling is definitely a positive sign el hamdullah, it can become quite intensive and an on/off sensation every now and then.
Sorry I can't post pics yet because my scalp is still in progression but inshallah i will when visible results start to show more and the new hairs grow in inshallah.

You are so lucky to have this man's hand touch your head Mr. Usman Baloch. you should also do full recordings in English for others to understand what your talking about. Maybe even a video of the procedure itself. May Allah give you Ajir for your tributes and reminding of his Sunna
