  • Funny 0:23 screaming

  • LOL the fry is having an orgy@ 0:30

  • Maybe too much fun...

  • But the funny thing is the food looks a lot more like it does in real life than the pretty versions they show on commercials today!

  • Those fries look burnt as hell!

  • how would you react if all of those different types of food came into your room and started laughing

  • LOL -- demonically possessed food :)

  • The fries were a lot better...then! They were made right from the potato back in the day. Today they're frozen with all these chemicals/preservatives and stuff. Tests showed that they do not mold or deteriorate over the years. It's sad.

  • hahahahahahahaha!!!

  • holy crap! thanks to this and the Early Ron McD commercial, I'm A: Never eating there again.... B: Calling Father Merrin ......and C: Crying myself to sleep tonight, fetal and weeping. This is the honestly scarier than ANY 80's movie (Which, as it stands, were scarier than today's horror genre).

  • Those fries look like In-N-Out fries! I guess they made 'em fresh back in the day.

  • McCreepy?

  • freaaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • Just heard the audio version of said commercial on a program called "The Sixties Experience." A weekly time travel into 1960's music and pop culture on KSBR-FM (88.5), Mission Viejo, CA, a broadcast service of Saddleback Community College in Orange County, CA. Great show for any fan of the '60s, Sunday nights 8pm-12midnight (PT).

  • @bossradio930 - Wonder if it was a genuine audio version, or if someone had just streamed this and saved it as an mp3...

  • those are french fries!?

  • @XxIKairaIxX Yeah man! You just wouldn't notice them without having been submerged in oil for an hour and coated with 2 inches of salt.

  • to much having fun lol!!!! weird :/

  • I actually thought the food all looked good. Did you notice how chocolate-y that shake was? Did you notice that was REAL cheese, probably american cheese, not processed junk? The burgers were a decent size and not super-sized. Those were the days.

  • This made me LOLED

  • So Wendy's is my new Hamburger place, Thanks for all the years of work McDonalds...but your food is seriously possessed...damn

  • OMG! ITS THE ring tape !! .......

2 hours laters : hello, who is it?

    girl: mcdonalds fries

    you: what

7 days later : u go to mcdonalds and it your fries until u know they r made of powder and not real potatoes.... u die

  • the food looks like something from the exorcist or something!

  • Lots of American people went to the mental hospital after viewing of this commercial

  • I remember buying my own food at McDonalds In "68 when I was 10. Hambugers and shakes for a quarter each and fries for 15 cents NOW THAT WAS FUN>>>

  • you notice that at 0:58, the twinkles and the arches create 2 frown faces.

  • Not a big fan of my food giggling at me before I eat it.

    McCreepy.

  • those fries looked really over cooked

  • the fries don't look that like those anymore!

  • creepiest sh!t ever

  • I listened to this with rammstein's Du Hast in the background. WHICH IS THE TRIPPIEST THING, btw...

  • wow. creepy.

  • looks like the tape of the movie "the ring "

  • I would get an exercisam on those burgers

  • THATS the kind of evil possessed food you find in shows like InuYasha! XD

  • the foods alive !!!!!!!

  • scary bugers and fries

  • Looks that same as today, disgusting.

  • lol! they might as well play this today...it'd be an ad for why to not eat mcdonalds...lol

  • whoever made this was high!!!

  • 0:45 SCARY CHEESE with boils

  • O_O

  • Am I high?

  • hahahhaha tha looks bad and Im not joking..

But still keep the videos coming..

  • Some of the best early McDonalds ads were the ones with Mr Muscle. They were slapstick affairs and resembled narrated Keystone Cops silent movie skits. They usually ended with Ronald taking off in his Flying Hamburger (which was basically a hamburger shaped flying platform). I remember seeing them in the early 60's.

There was one of them on Youtube sometime back, but I can't find it now. I'd love to see some of them posted again.

  • Funny but yummy.

  • I liked it but it's a little creepy.

  • frankenfood

  • 0:17 This is the point I always keep clicking on. That damn milkshakes laugh is just too funny to me.

  • What's in those burgers?

  • @ferociousgumby crack cocaine is in those burgers obviously

  • My burgers laugh..so I have to devour them...then they stop laughing

  • if you eat it, would the food laugh in your stomach too? O_o

  • "The Ring" McDonalds version D:

  • Damn I must be high. Is my food laughing at me?

  • The fries look way more real then they do now

  • oh wow the people who made this commercial were not high at all.... hahahahaha

  • Creepy and funny at the same time

  • what the hell?

  • Yuck!

  • is crazy,,, super crazy..

  • Smile!

  • that is just creepy

  • the ''fun'' sounds like ''fxxk''! ! !

  • But what about the cheeseburgers and apple pie! There fun too

  • I miss the McDonalds food of the 80's...back when they used trans fats-laden ingredients.

  • The fries look good! they look fresh cut!!

  • this is scary

  • Just my words.

  • Hmmm, Mickey D commercials were really strange before they created Ronald McDonald, huh? O_o

  • @MelanieLouM actually, after Ronald too...ever see the extremely creepy mcd's commercial debuting ronald mcdonald?? :(

  • @mysticx0 Yeah...he was strange looking...kind of a "welfare" clown so to speak! ^_^

  • Was *everyone* high back then ?

  • 0:48 - 0:51 Elmo's laugh slowed down a bit

  • Yeah the food dosen't look good =S and its kinda creepy!!

  • Sorry, I know how to do audio backwards, but not video.

  • That's some demonically possessed food.

  • If you download this one and play it backwards, the announcer sounds like an alien and everyone else has a really bad case of the hiccups!

  • LMAO!

  • Just terrible! Thanks for sharing :)

  • McDouble hamburgers - fun?

  • this is an American ad obviously, the first Maccas in Australia opened in 1971 in some Sydney suburb I don't remember the name of, and the first in Victoria opened 2 years later in Glen Waverley. The first time I heard of McDonalds was in 1974 when I was at a neighbour's house watching some Disney special (in glorious black and white) on BCV-TV8 (Bendigo), and was sponsored by McD's which just opened in that town.

  • Yes, it's American - that's why I didn't put "Australian TV commercial" in the title as with my other ads...
