I played this game's demo and I thought it was really well made... but I suppose I wasn't hooked to buy the full version. I do think this game deserves to be on the Humble Indie Bundle though D: Although I think you have to have a mac and linux version...

I just downloaded this game and completed it and i dont know what all the fuss is about, before anyone say the classic "well if you didnt like it why did you play the entire game", i always play every game i get to the end, i dont think its fair to judge 5 minutes of a game and say its crap. Anyway, i think has no skill involved, i beat it in no time just by clicking my mouse button and dashing with double R or L, i even love indie games but style aside this game didnt do it for me

I think each level of difficulty lower is like a dumbed down version of how the game was intended to be played. It was fun and frantic, for me anyway :p

Anyway, this looks crazy, but looks can be deceiving. Here's hoping the difficulty, mechanics, pacing and intensity of arcade games is in there - those qualities require hands-on testing.

Because you don't just wake up, decide you want your game on WiiWare and upload it. You'd have to contact someone higher up in Nintendo and I'm pretty sure some kind of contract would need to be made for the game to appear on WiiWare. Not to mention how he'd have to redo to whole game to fit Wii Controls and hardware. Basically, it's not exactly an easy and quick process.

Althought I'll admit, the second I started playing the demo I thought that the game would be perfect for the DS.

So this game hasnt been coded, just a click tool, for an release to an other Console he would actually need first to learn how to code software.

Astro Boy has about the same feel for end-game bosses, but nothing is between is similar.

The game is excellent itself, though it tends to override all recorders even if they aren't focused on the game.

Is it a general problem with the multimedia program or should it be fixed in the patch?

I think it's just because the graphics have a similar style/palette to Gunstar Heroes. (Especially the Z-Mode stuff.) Same with the nonstop stream of enemies and the variety of bosses. Also, Gunstar Heroes was made to be Contra on crack, and NL2 feels a lot like that. However, it's safe to say NL2 does have several elements that make it unique from all those games, and that's definitely a good thing.

it definitely shows, games like mischief makers really lack the amount of dynamics that games such as metal slug and this would be known for.

My only disappointment with this installment was that there wasn't the clever and humorous dialogue that was present in noitu love 1. (or maybe because I havn't played through the hardest difficulty).
