I've only seen them at the Disney parks. (And they're always already inflated, not balloons you can take home and inflate.) You might be able to get Disney-themed balloons at a Disney Store, but probably not the Mickey-shaped ones.

well, thank you anyway... but you said "Disney- themed ballons" what do you mean by saying that?

I think you probably can find balloons at the Disney Store that are printed with Disney characters or words. (I know I've seen such items at Wal-Mart, if you can't find them at a Disney Store.) I just don't think you can get the ones that are shaped like Mickey's head.
