@shootist1995 uhh... no it's not, get your facts straight I live in California, the second most strict state on gun laws and I can get a m4 or ar15 either prebuilt or in a kit with almost no trouble.

@shootist1995 I'm not here to debate on whether or not you need a permit to own handgun it's what you said originally that caught my eye, "if hes in the united states its illegal to even own a m4 or m16", and that's completely un-true. I'm completely aware of the need to have a permit for handguns I own two, and they don't call lower receivers pistols w/o uppers for just any reason, they do it because the lower has the serial # so they can track who has one.

@Airsoftguy1313 haha yes it is actually the reason it is is because it has the fireing mechanism as long as it is a "pre buit" lower receiver the fireing mechanism without the upper is therfore considered a pistol and in "some cases" u need to have a handgun permit unless u buy it from a website "usually" and think what you want but ive benn in the buisness for over 10 yrs and i know the laws in order to own an ar-15/asault weapon. and i apologize for cussin at ya u just need to get ur "facts"

yep its a s system m4 with a r7 configuration full stock and carbine forward package. your tan is a little light bro did you buy it from the local hardware store? get some darker custom paint. but gj with the paintjob itself

@DustinsHV it has a butt stock, not a car stock (the one the m4 has in cod mw2, because thats probly all you know of u cod nerd.), or a back thingy u brace your shoulder on, and it has a BIpod, not a tripod bipod is 2 pegs, as shown, tripod has three and is unusual for a gun, thats more for cameras. It's still an m4
