  • if you want more response out of the KIA's pedal... you need to move the actuator on the pedal, drive by wire sucks and it is pretty bad when you first buy it. and this guy is funny... "has a lot of power".. no sir a tc does not... not to mention the tC's all have the same somewhat "sporty"suspension right? the KIA Forte doesn't get their sporty suspension (if it can be called that) until you get to the SX... and KIA offers pretty crap tires out the gate

  • i just sold my 2011 scion tc....it had 5k miles on it and it sucked. no power, steering was horrible, and the interior was ugly. i plan on buying a kia forte koup in the next week. I actually know more about cars then this guy and im a girl.

  • the fucker works for scion....pffft!

  • your a douch go shlog a cock faty!

  • This was a trolling video and honestly it looks like they succeeded. Lots of raging on here.

  • bias at all?

    fag!

  • i like both cars but this guy just made me have a little grunch twords the tc

  • at least take off ur scion shirt b4 u start bashing other cars dumbass

  • Jackass

  • driving tc, clearly heard the gay automatic shifted up and there he's saying

"stays on that first gear" slam on the brake like a grandma then he goes "ABS locks up real fast" WTF is that mean? abs prevent from locking up. this guy has no idea what is he talking about.

  • the only reason the car lifted up on one side was cuz his fatass was ON that side

  • With a dealer lieing like this, I will no buy even a Scion.

    Morron.

  • how are the boys from "cool runnings" doing, coach?

  • I drive a 2011 Kia Forte Koup SX, and i must say, this guy is a fucking idiot. I work for a dealership and Ive driven both cars and I can fully say 1-% that the TC is terrable compared to the forte. It has not impressed me once so ever because of its terrable steering, torq is terrable and is not fast at all.

  • @Mrdubseph Dude, I understand this video was trolling but you honestly are just as wrong. I compared both cars and the tC while being heavier has a more powerful engine. If you look at the base stats the tC is more powerful. Forte also uses the cheaper(but lighter) torsion beam where the tC has double wishbone for their rear suspension which provides better handling and stability. The Forte does have a better interior. He's wrong but you're also wrong that the tC is a terrible car.

  • He works for Toyota No shit hes gonna say he likes the TC better!! duh!!

  • If Scion of Des Moines wants a driver that can rip I'll take the job :P I drive a 2007 Scion tC 5 RS2.0 m/t with port polished head, intake, header+dp, exhaust. Race springs, lowered 2.2" in Des Moines.

"Not too much oversteer" is a bad thing IMO! Run 34psi in the front, 44psi in the rear and slam on the brakes and pull the e-brake, the tC will go everywhere you point it really quick. Just a little scandanavian flick and it comes right around in any direction. It's an autocross beast!

  • This is what happens when sales fall of the chart .... desperation on Scions part

  • funny my 2011 koup blew away my friends tc bahahah

  • Stupid tubby, they have about the same hp, both fwd but yet you seem to notice the difference when both barely have power to move your fat lub. Obviously you are biased and paid to do this retarded test that doesn't even give numbers. Eat it noob.

  • he works for toyota sooo.... yeah...

  • kia forte koup? dont you mean coupe?

  • @pycckuu911 Kia spells it 'Koup'

  • they picked automatics cuz he probly never learned stick...fat fuck

  • im buying a scion tc 2011

  • @APtolik They're amazing! I have one in Classic Silver!

  • this guy was picked on in high school

  • This is stupid and insanely biased.

  • Hey tons of fun ur slowing down the car!!!!

  • Ah. That's what I like. A good non-biased review.

    What a croc.

  • like anyone cant take this seriously as a legit test of the two cars....you work for scion, why would you say anything good about your comp

  • its sad the some fat idiot like this is representing scion....i hope toyota corp. removes this video lol

  • I CALL BULL SHIT IM PRETTY SURE THAT THE MAZDA 3 IS A ALL AROUND BETTER CAR THAN A SCION "TC" COULD EVER WANT TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Of course he si gonna say the scion is better cause he works for that company...duuuhhh

  • LOL! thats not a "base tc" it has the tRD exhaust on it...

  • @HarryLikesCars94 Bahahaa...couldn't help but laugh at your comment.

  • I have a Forte Koup, no it's not impressive.. I traded my Vette in on it for a warranty, and great fuel economy. I'm quiet happy with the trade. Miss my vette, but this is a decently quick little fuel saver. Screw this crappy vid!

  • you wanna know why you couldnt avoid a car, well maybe you suck ass at driving!

  • I was hoping for an honest comparo between compact coupes...and instead all I got was this crap, monkeys who can't drive.

  • shows you how fucking retarded this fat fucker is!!! he gets a boner from flooring a kia forte..... hahah when was the last time his little dick got laid

  • This guy is an asshat. There is a good reason why we almost never see scions on the road, because they are just dressed up toyotas that thrill nobody. I am a professional valet and I have handled many exotics and higher end vehicles, as well as plenty of lower end standards and the slim handfull of scions I've had to handle have ranked very low with me and my staff.

  • Lmao. Yeah, that was some total bull shit.

  • okay that fat prick needs to learn how to drive a better car also he is wearing a scion shirt so obviously he is leaning to the scion, all scions every where were nothing but a desperate attempt to TRY and compete with honda and so on... so screwwwww this tard face chubby wubby gypsie disco santa.

  • you cannot avoid the car cuz the car would not be able to move with your fatass in it! 1:26

  • This guy is a douche bag!! If I was trying to decide which car to buy he totally made me wanna vomit!! What a homo!!

  • this guy in this video.. wtf? lol I, own a kia forte koup and love it! oh and by the way.. huyandai which is kias parent company just overtook honda and toyota for customer loyalty and kia has beeb outperforming and out selling all of ita previous years as well as its the number one most improved car company.. the new si is sweet though.. prefer the older tcs.. just wait for the scion frs...

  • this sounds a little one sided.. i think there needs to be a Civic Si, TC and Forte compair.. for reals..

  • @AutoJunkieMan And on a side note.. he may be refering to the rear end lifting. I did some research found out the Kia has a Torson Beam in the back, while the TC has a double wishbone suspension. If he took that corner hard enough the rear end would lift on one side while the TC would sit pretty. Somthing to think about.. He is a knob, but there could be some truth here.

  • @AutoJunkieMan while I agree with you on the one sided part, The Civic Si isn't in the same class as the Scion tC, that's the regular civic.

But I'm really waiting for a real car review company to do a comparo between the Civic (non-si) coupe, tC, Forte Koup, etc..

  • @techdude6693 I'd have to dissagree.. maybe the OLD TC is in the same class at the regular Civic. I own a regular 1.8L 07 Civic 2 Door, it's no were near as fast as a 2011 TC. The Si Civic is Aprox.. 200HP? TC is around 180 or so, the regular civic.. 145? Kind of a big cap, but the TC can keep up on the straights due to the massive ammounts of torque that 2.5L can produce to keep up with the 2.0L Si Civic.

  • @AutoJunkieMan power-wise maybe, but its the price you have to remember. A tC starts at 19K and feature-wise its similar to the EX civic which also starts at 19K. Plus even most of the other cars in this class are closer to the tC. Mazda 3 2.5 has 168, The Regular golf 2.5 has 170, Ford focus - 160, etc.

  • @techdude6693 that is true if you wish to classify the vehicles by there.retail price nothing touches the tc when it comes to quality and standard features. For me the vista roof is the best part! The base model civic dosnt even come with a sunroof let alone a full vista roof!

  • @AutoJunkieMan that's very true, and since its a toyota underneath reliability isn't an issue either. I love the sunroof, I think its the only one in the class to have a panoramic one. I'm in the market to buy a new car and I've been test driving a ton of things. The Civic EX coupe I drove (2012) was a nice car, but it with Nav and Leather and a couple extra options it was 25K and a tC with Nav and fog lights came in at about 22K. The Ford Focus I saw w/ similar equipment was 27K.

  • Some guy killed two girl in his Kia ForteKoup in St-Proper, Quebe, Canada.

    check it out

    magz[DOT]magzgroupe[DOT]com/magzcanada_07062011-01/?p=4075

  • @philacoudre It's the wrong link to describe the accident, but the pic is from the accident. you can clearly see a Koup, even wrecked. Here's the better link : radio-canada[DOT]ca/regions/Quebec/2011/06/17/003-accident-beauce-jeunes[DOT]shtml

  • im sure the guy driving with the scion shirt on wasnt bias at all

  • what a fucking idiot, did he actually think he was going to get a positive response from this video? hes the kinda guy that looks in the mirror every morning and tells himself hes "buff". fat fucking rat he is. a true american.

  • He's ugly too. I'd kick his ass with a Pinto.

  • @DCTib I'd still have a tC cuz it'll retain more value over time then would a ForteKoupSx.

And what about the standard audio system, the big sun roof, the options for suspension upgrade... Kia doesn't keep up here.

I wan't those specially coated short springs and that tension bar

  • @DCTib I'd still have a tC cuz it'll retain more value over time then would a ForteKoupSx.

  • @philacoudre How can you possibly prove that? Come talk to me in 5 years, if the tC is worth more, then okay. But seriously I don't buy a car because it will retain more value to someone else. I buy a car based on what it's worth to me. If I like a car I'm going to buy it because I like it, not because it may be worth more than a competitors car in the future. But hey that's just me, I'm not one of those teenage lemmings.

  • @DCTib han, han... yeah, Iknow, aftermarket value is not my priority. But If something happen to me and I need to sell the car for money, it'll definitely help!

  • @DCTib Oh, to answer your first question, I have nothing to prove. Aftermarket value is definitely higher for Jap cars compared to Korean's

  • Such a bias test. He works for Toyota, what else would he say, his product suck? PLUS, he's racing the older 2010 Kia. I'd like to see the 2011 Forta sx vs. Scion tc.

  • So the KIA is better?

  • let me guess automatic for the fatass

  • that mans neck could fed 3rd world nations!

  • The kia is not moving because your a fat piece of shit, I like the scion tc but your a fucking liar... Fat Fuck!!! Lol

  • autos suck!

  • you CLEARLY heard it pass to 2nd gear

  • After seeing this review I'll buy a Genesis. Do a fair comparison

  • fucking tripled chinned loser

  • there is no way he has oversteer in a fwd car on that course in dry conditions

  • biased? uh yea....ur a fag man...be honest on ur comparison

  • =. Its sad how he is loving the tc. -.- forte is better then that piece of poop.lol.

  • ha ha ha ))) awful video

    tc comparable to sx

oh course you would say tc is better car, you getting money for it lol

  • this fat fuck is fucking wrong. My sis's bf has a Forte and we ramped it up to 130mph in the highway and it kept going up. We were racing against a tC 2011 and it got ass smacked. My sis bought a 2011 tc but still the forte has a more awesome design and capability

  • @kibacris101 LOL...a more awesome design and capability? Really?

  • @kibacris101 says you

  • this is fucking pointless, dislike for being a sweaty fat fuck and riding your managers dick

  • Whatever fatty....who drives autocross with their traction control and all other assist on.

  • Don't see this as a fair rating given that it's a Tc event. This really helped me make a decision. I'll buy a genesis. WAS looking at a Tc

  • SCIGAY Douchebag with runaway values...

  • Both suck cock go buy a sentra spec v and say fuck both of these cars. $19k for a kia? My friend bought a altima coupe v6 with 4k miles for $20k so fuck a slow ass tc or forte coupe. There are better cars for this price. Hell i'd rather have a juke over both of these for the same price or cheaper.

  • This video is worthless marketing propaganda with a fat ass hack behind the wheel.

Out of all of the vehicles you drove, the tC was by far the worst.

  • just go to mcdonalds fatass

  • of course he is gonna talk shit he works for scion he would prolly lose his job cupping his bosses balls if he didnt

  • haha. he has no neck.

  • @jokomosa87 in paramedic world we would use a "No-Neck" Collar for immobilization

  • of course you would put down a kia product since you work for scion. 2011 scions look like shit anyways. personally everyone should test drive each car. guarantee you will have a different perspective on the forte than this fuck.

  • that dude is clearly a dumb ass making the kia forte koup look bad, because he is working for who ,, oh yeah fucking scion,,

  • @yynotnnh And all I see is you have no videos about anything and one favored video of some cars racing, just like every other poser on Youtube who makes claims about stuff.

  • @yynotnnh The tC already owns the FWD track records across the US, or can you not read?

  • @yynotnnh So you spend your time changing oil at the dealership...LOL. And that's suppose to prove something? Give it a rest dude. The tC is top 10 on the reliability rankings that was just released not to long ago. Stop with your stupid post cause it doesn't fly. Get all my info, I race on the track on a monthly basis. I've been racing the tC for the past 4-5 years. I've had it boosted, sold that turbo and getting a new turbo setup. Don't give me some hog wash story about your oil job

  • @yynotnnh LOL...gurly tC? I'm pretty sure my tC is far from being gurly, and I'm pretty sure your SI is more than likely a stock little grocery getter that you have never put on a race track. Stop talking, cause after every comment you make, it further indicates to me how much you DON'T know about cars. You just buy stuff based on what a dealer advertised. Spend most of your time just driving back and forth to work.

  • @yynotnnh PAY ATTENTION. You made a statement....implying a tC will never amount to anything, yet a tC owns the track records at 10+ tracks across the US for fastest Time Attack FWD. And now there is an AWD tC that's looking to take over the AWD records. Give it a rest already, the SI hasn't caught anyone's attention lately. It has lost it's appeal sitting in the shadows of other sport compact cars out there now. It's no longer the top dog, sorry to burst your bubble.

  • @yynotnnh The 2005 Corolla XRS dude, pay attention. And you said tC will never be, that includes all tC's. Don't talk in conclusions when there are 1200hp FWD tC's and 1500hp AWD as well as a bunch of others in the 700, 600, 500, 400whp ranges. It's apparent you have no idea what you are talking about so no point in continuing this conversation. Take it easy and good luck with your Vtec.

  • @yynotnnh That's what I just said, 4k and up. Below that it's a snail. You have to stay above 4k to have any fun. And what are you even talking about the tC will never be? You do know that there are 1200hp tC's on the track right? What new SI do you know of is making 1200hp? How about 1500hp cause there is an AWD Time Attack tC that pushes those numbers.

  • @yynotnnh Regarding the Old school technology....LOL are you serious. The older 2005 Corolla XRS is faster than the NEW Civic SI. So, old technology has nothing to do with it. Like I said, only a novice/beginner looks at cars for their HP and think that's the only factor in a race. If HP was the only factor then I wouldn't be beating S2k's, 2010 Mustang GT's, Miata's ....etc. at the race track, when I'm pushing stock HP right now. That is until I get my new turbo setup to replace my old one

  • @yynotnnh Yea, I'm sure you have. Everybody on the net can claim things without backing it up. If the tC was so Junk and the Si was a billion times better, then why is it the tC is the one that owns track records across the country and the SI is no where to be found? You have to get to 4k+ rpm just to feel like you are moving. It's one thing to love your SI. It's another to be a blind Fanboy and think it's the best 4banger on the road when it's not.

  • @yynotnnh Only beginners think it only takes more HP to win. Have you PERSONALLY raced a tC against an SI? Have you ever driven either car? People who know what they are talking about (which you are not one of them), reference gear ratio, weight, hp, torque and driver ability. Click my screen name, go to my youtube page. Do you honestly think you know more about the tC than I do? If you paid attention to what I wrote also, you would have seen I said the 1/8th mile. 1/4 mile SI should win

  • @yynotnnh It doesn't win every race, so it's not Hands down sorry. Example, tC vs SI in the 1/8th mile drag race. Edge goes to the tC due to it being only an 1/8th mile and the tC has more torque to propel it down the track. Seen SI's lose quite often in that situation.

  • this is has no brain!

the forte koup has about the same control as the other cars but it give you more feel to the drive!

that fatass doesn't want to feel the drive because he's afraid he might crash.

    his fat can protect him

and that TC looks horrible! the older models of the TC looks better than the newer one.

  • @toyota420xp wonder why Kia even chose to go that route with the suspension.

  • lifted up because of torsion beam/

  • kia has a torsion beam suspension the scion has a double wishbone suspension double wishbone makes for better stability on uneven surfaces period

  • i Actually timed his run for both cars, and it seems from start to finish it took 26 seconds for both the tc and the koup, it didnt seem like he was trying with the koup though which means that he could potentailly get better results if he wanted to... but ofcourse he works for toyota and wont let that heppen :)

  • @riki101 Your joking right? You can't even see the course dude...lol. How the heck you know where the start and finish is?

  • @rhythmnsmoke its called starting count when he starts going and stoping it when you see the "finish flag" pass by :P

  • @riki101 Dude, he's focusing more on "marketing" than he is driving, and you REALLY want to put weight into the times he ran...get serious.

  • @rhythmnsmoke you think i dont know that? look at the video of what hes trying to show, hes trying to show that the TC is FASTER has BETTER control in cornering, etc, well if thats TRUE..why do both cars get the same start to finish time? i know hes a toyota guy and trying to sell the car, but tryin to sell something and proving its better is different then trying to sell something by making bullshit up, to me hes feeding people bullshit and he knows it, dont get me wrong the tc is a great car

  • @riki101 Come on though, he's promoting a product. Its his job to sell it to the best of his ability. He's not a race car driver and I will go out on a limb to say he is probably not that experienced with AutoX. You can't put any values into his times as there is really no way to tell if he is pushing either car to its potential. If you have ever AutoX 'ed before then you would know that its 95% driver skill and about 5% car to be quick at.

  • @rhythmnsmoke yeah, your right, but all im saying is that its okay to promote the car, saying that the tc is better then the forte and showing some facts is fine and i respect that, but if you make it into a big joke, which he indeed did, then he wont be getting any respect from almost anyone.. dont take this only from me, look at the comments and see how many likes there are for the video... ill say it again, promoting is fine, just dont be stupid doing it or no one will take this guy seriously

  • @riki101 I imagine the dislikes are largely Kia owners, but yea its not a big production comparison or anything like you would find at MotorTrend, CarandDriver or something. I can see where you are coming from.

  • @rhythmnsmoke yeah probably lol, i do own a koup, but i never did click on dislike if you were wondering, anyway sorry for all the confusion

  • @riki101 Ah Naw, it's all good. I wouldn't blame you if you did. It's understandable, people will defend their chariots of choice to the death. If you are passionate about cars that is, like I am about my tC.

  • this video sucks i have a forte koup and my friend has the new tc and i kill him all the time the scion has nothing on the forte.

  • @thismydawg Does that make you the definitive answer on which is faster just because you race your friend and win?

  • @rhythmnsmoke Would you consider Road & Track, Car and Driver, and Edmunds.com as definitive answers?

  • Comment removed

  • @rhythmnsmoke Nah im just throwin out there :)

  • @thismydawg Yeah, but it doesn't do anyone any good.

  • this guy is pretty much as fat ugly biased asshole. the tc tends to score lower in most other reviews when compared to the handling of the mazda 3 and kia koup

  • First of all, you must've compared the new TC to a Kia Koup EX and not an SX. The Kia Koup SX and the Scion TC cost the same, each in the low 19's MSRP. The Kia Koup SX has whooped the Scion TC in other road test comparisons. The Kia Koup SX has the 2.4L I-4 (173hp) and does 0-60 in 6.9 compared to 7.3 for the TC (2.5L I-4 180hp) (Rd&Trck). The Kia Koup SX is 200lbs. lighter. The Kia Koup SX takes the slalom at 67.2mph and does the skidpad at 0.89g, compared to 63.6mph and 0.86g for the TC.

  • @DCTib Who cares about stock? Where is the Aftermarket for the Koup? No where to be found...tC had a large aftermarket from day one. So, if you are really into performance for a car, then you have to weigh in the fact that one's aftermarket is abundant and the other one is stellar at best.

  • @rhythmnsmoke Well since the video was about a stock comparison test that's what I was commenting about. However, you probably have never heard of KFX Performance, KSpec.com, Seoulfulracing, or Ark. Since you like the TC I bet you're the kind of person that would never set foot in a Korean car so I wouldn't exactly value your opinion. Besides the TC has been out since 2005 and the Kia Koup just came out in 2010 so I think it's safe to say the TC had a headstart on the aftermarket, don't you?

  • @DCTib All comparison videos with salesmen/reviewers are always using stock vehicles. The performance #'s are only going to matter if you ever plan on keeping the car stock, and seeking out other stock cars to race. But who races stock cars to begin with, no what I mean. And Yes I have heard of one of those, but haven't brushed up on the others. I forget which one was finally making a turbo setup for the Koup. And you are wrong, my wife and I Love the new Kia Optima. It looks VERY good.

  • Comment removed

  • @DCTib @DCTib When the tC came out, it was aftermarket from day 1 pretty much, that is what I was eluding to really. And take a look at the 2011 tC...new engine, new suspension/chassis setup, and there is already a working turbo option for it and others on the way. By the way, ARK I think is the same ARK that just filed for Bankruptcy.

  • @rhythmnsmoke ARC filed for bankruptcy, not Ark Performance. There are already some videos on Youtube of Ark's new exhaust for the Koup.

  • @DCTib Got it, easy to get those confused...lol. Is the ARK a 3 inch exhaust?

  • @rhythmnsmoke No, the Ark DT-S system is 2.5 inch.

  • @DCTib Guess got to wait till yall start to get heavily into turbo setups before the 3 inches come out.

  • @DCTib Where are you getting your numbers from? Don't just put up smack that comes out your ass. Inside Line did a video review of both the Forte SX and the tC.

Forte SX (0-60) : 8.4s and the manual tranny on that car is utter crap.

    2011 Scion tC (0-60): 8.0s with a nicely paired 6 spd.

Forte is a good car, I would take it over the civic si, but compared to the tC it just doesn't have the refinement and quality the 2nd gen scion tC offers.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrHPJunkie Go to roadandtrack and motortrend websites. Both magazines (which I would say are probably two of the most reputable sources) say the Kia Koup SX manual does 0-60 in 6.9 (R&T) or 7.0 (Motortrend). Both tested the manual tC's 0-60 at 7.6 (I'm not sure where I got 7.3 anymore). Only Motortrend tested automatics, tC was 8.3 and Kia was 8.5. However, the Kia was a 5spd auto, which they are now 6spd and no one has yet to test a 6spd, at least I can't find anything. Look for yourself.

  • @MrHPJunkie As for the Edmunds Inside Line review, go to their website and search 2011 Scion tC First Drive. It states a 0-60 in 8.3 for the automatic. The video states 8 seconds but doesn't specify the transmission type used.

Read some of those reviews on the website. There seem to be alot of "good" reviews about that "refinement" and "quality".

Honestly if you like Scion you're probably just one of those follow the crowd types and there's no convincing you until it's not cool anymore.

  • ok, I like the Scion tC, but this video is dumb...

  • oh course you would say that this kia is piece of shit when you work for scion. Pretty sure koupe sx 6 speed manual will not be worse than this scion. And yeah I would better buy even used 8th generation civic si than that.

  • LoL i love this guy

  • A little bit of oversteer?

  • Scion is the much more mature car with better clutch and gearbox like butter.

  • i spent the weekend at the international auto show looking at possible cheaper vehicles to replace my lease 2008 vw gti. the kia forte koupe is ok but I liked the hatch version better. The scion tc definately has a better interior and more powerful engine though. Before the auto show I hadn't considered the TC but after sitting in it I was surprised and therefore I will test drive it to see how it handles. I'm looking for cheaper i know it will never feel like my GTI.

  • Hmm that driver changed moods when he got it that tc lol

  • Your not even man enough to drive a Forte.

  • 12supra99, the koup is being compared to scion just ad it is compared to civic si it's in the same class as far as compact car.. Scion has camey motor buff said. And I personally don't care about radio I'm more of a performance minded guy and theta ll cant be denied for potential. Cousins being genesis coupe and Evo.. And stay away from four bangers??? You obviously haven't got the experience needed to make that statement lol you a supra guy I suppose? Mkll ma61 was my favorite car to play wit

  • fuck scion

  • I just bought a 2011 tc and I know that Mazda is better. However, screw Kia those pieces of shit remind me of something a grandpa would buy if he has barely any money. What do you see the majority of college students driving around? Oh ya, the tc because they have a kick ass stereo as well as a huge variety of accessories to make the tc awesome to customize. Forte also has 6 speakers as opposed to tc's 8...So if you study a little those turds people call cool are fuckin lame.

  • @tymax50 toyotas toyota kia well yh haha toyotas ftw

  • fag

  • Moronic

  • @jbKoupSX Dude both of these cars are garbage. The "Koup" may be faster but its compared to a scion. Whoopty doo!!! This is a good car for a girl or anyone in highschool but if you wanna get something that performs with the money then I would stay away from 4 bangers.

  • Nope, I dont find this biased at all. Should use this as an ad for great PR.

    .

    .

    .

    /sarcasm

  • He is wearing a scion tshirt, and btw, kia was obviously going to lose...but mazda suspension will beat the tc's. But if you are buying a car in this area to race, you have to be joking me. Who buys scion or honda or mazda to race, these cars are made to be fun daily driver, not pocket rockets. Your going to need to spend atleast 26g's to get going with a 3speed or GTi to race with the big boys.

  • @joshuatree1001 That is the stupidest thing I've read. It only took 4-5K to turbo a first gen tC to beat a Mazdaspeed 3 and GTi, and to hang with Evo's and Sti's. And how are Honda's, Toyota's and Mazda's not bought for racing? Those cars are more sought after for building on a good plateform. the 2011 tc already has turbos kits available that take the power over 300hp, with in a month, has a turbo kit even been built for the Koup? Civic Si had more stuff within a month than the Koup.

  • scion cant fix their shit reputation. ever.....

  • The rest of the cars aren't designed for a red neck driver weights 250lb.

  • kia = trash car

  • I'm pretty sure the man with a Scion shirt will be just a LITTLE biased towards the tC lmao.

  • @chowman29 100%

  • wow i have a 99 corolla its got a 1.8 and 3speed auto. by far the worst car ive ever driven. its got 90k on it but the car is falling apart. ive went through 4 door handles, the ac quit at about 70k miles and it uses 1.5 quarts of oil between changes. the dash lights all have been replaced it rattles like a old ford. the head liner is coming down and the inside door seals are coming off my old geo metro was put together better than this toyota is not the car company it once was
