you should do the super jumping jack! it goes something like this: Start by raising off ur heels 4 times. then jump up and down 4 times. then do the bottom of a jumping jack 4 times. then do 4 jumping jacks. then do the bottom 4 times again, then jump 4 times and do the heels again 4 times. THIS IS ONLY 1 SUPER JUMPING JACK!!!!!!!!!!
