  • Stupid cop pigs. Get an education and check for medic alert bracelets. As a Canadian I must say American cops are extremely stupid. Wow...This would never happen in Canada.

  • the taser is used when you resist arrest. it doesnt matter whether you are old are young if you resist arrest you should be tased

  • @knucklez92 But you also need to considers what is the situations are... do you need to be tasered for having diabetic shock?

  • I can understand the cop not knowing it was diabetic shock or thinking the guy is drunk or high on something but I think the cop is an asshole for tasing him. Even if he was just drunk or high why tase the dude, like he's a threat to anyone but himself in that condition. The tasing in this case was more a punishment or retaliation for non-compliance and not a substitute for use of a deadly weapon. The cops in this video are obvious schmucks.

  • How to cause police to use such weapons only when necessary: Take a random survey to ask ppl how many times should officers be allowed to use pepper spray or tazers before they must be reminded what it feels like.

If most ppl think these weapons are only being used when people are violently resisting or being aggressive, then the perceived need for the reminders will be low. But if there's widespread perception that such weapons are being abused, then cops will have to take a dose of that medcn

  • PIGGS

  • Was the man wearing a medical bracelet? If not thats most likely why they didn't know being a cop you have to prepare for the worst. The man should not be driving knowing he has a medical problem!! Keep him of f the streets Ya'll wouldn't like it if your Kids, family or friends were out side and he went in to shock and injured someone else!! So Why saying its always the cops fault !! There different side to every story!!!

  • @MrBenavides0320 Funny to isnt it ,i live in ireland and this kinda shit never happens, tasering the guy for what!heavy handed cops!dont know how to do there job!

  • Cops are such cowards....lol...

  • Idiot cops need to be retrained.

  • So the cops got their medical degrees where? Oh, they don't have one? Well then how the hell were they supposed to know he was in diabetic shock?

  • @FamilyOfMan1975 I am not a medical degrees and know about diabetic shock.

  • @Cybercreeps Not everyone does. I"ve only seen the very early stages. I've never seen a full on attack.

  • BAN POLICE OFFICERS FROM TAZERS!! MANDATORY IQ TESTS FOR ALL PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL (cops as well). Minimum IQ 120. PRISON FOR COPS WHO NEEDLESSLY ATTACK THE PEOPLE THEY WORK FOR (us, you and me). THIS MUST STOP!! ALL COPS SHOULD BE TESTED REGULARLY FOR STEROID USE!!!

  • @jaxrwld2 I agree with the steroid use, I used to play baseball and most of the fellas including myself used, so I pretty much can tell when guys are on roids, I can even smell the steroids if someone is sweating or just finishes working out, and trust me there are a good handful of cops that are definately juiced. You'll be surprised of the amount of cops that take pain killers too, I know that first hand.

  • @FastBrian1 im glad i live in Ireland,no tasers,no guns,if they though he was drunk would he not smell drunk, dumb ass american cops.Lucky they didnt shot him for lacking in sugar!

  • This is pathetic, as officers of the law they are trained to detect this sort of thing. Obvisously they paid no attention to the symptoms. As far as the 'how are cops suposed to know" well they are trained to know the difference these assholes just didnt give a shit enough to check it out. Clearly this man was not being agressive and its high time the tasers are taken away from them..too many ppl have died from them

  • OK this is sad, but too bad, shit happens and How The FUCK are police supposed to know every goddamn thing going on when they stop what appears to be a fucked up drunken shit driver?

20-20 hindsight is wonderful, but when you pull someone over and they are fucked up drunk looking, don't fault the police fault the idiot who let himself get that way and drove a car.

  • that man should be allowed to tase the shit out of those cops. Not ALL cops are bastards... its the few sour apples that give the good 5% a bad rep

  • FIRE THESE COPS AND GIVE THIS MAN MILLIONS!

  • how did he get yanked out of the truck and then next cutscene hes getting tazed in the drivers seat? like was i the only one to catch that?

  • @fatalwish666 Yeah, I wondered the same. Maybe they didn't remove his Elastic seatbelt?

  • If people have remorse they've learned something and feel bad about it. We need cops like these guys even though it looks bad. They felt bad about it which means the next time they will be better cops. We have other cops that don't feel this and they are the ones who need to lay back some or quit the job. You're not always going to be the good guy when you're trying to protect others but we need to keep the ones who are really trying to do just that.

  • tomas Are you retarded? Jesus Christ, even the cops are apologizing for not knowing the different. You must be related to a cop in some way that's how you justify this right.

  • NEWS FLASH for all police officers.... Someone who is hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) is INCAPABLE of resisting and/or fighting back... They will be be unable to comprehend orders and follow commands but they will not be able to actively fight back. There is no need to tase someone who is NOT resisting officers but unable to physically follow commands. I am a first responder who also happens to have a 12 year old with type 1 diabetes so please think before tasing..

  • Ok, you can't blame the cops for thinking he was drunk....BUT... your silly if you believe for one second that they felt bad about tazing him. In fact I'm willing to bet they had a good laugh about it at row-call.

  • you dumb cops so fucking fast on using your dam guns and tasers....I am glad that cops are getting sue now a days

  • OMFG!!! Here is what I want to know...They say they thought he was intoxicated. Ok as close as they were to him they couldn't tell that his breath did not smell of alcohol? This is bs. They were revved up when they approached that man & they weren't going to wait for him to fight back. With a blood sugar that low they would be lucky if the man was even moving at all. This is what u get with gun-ho cops.

    Psst...not every1 is a bad g

  • they should have an I.Q. of at least 50 in order to wear badge. most of the police videos i seen so far can't even touch that number. did they dumb down the final exams like eric holder wanted? I mean seriously, barney fife was funny on t.v. but in reality the barney fife group are very dangerous.

  • douchebag fucking cops, makes you wonder how many people have been killed by cops during mental breakdowns, drunken stupers, or some type of disease. Cops are too fucking excessive these days, and are given way to much fucking freedom. These douchebags should be the most monitored people in the country, their work should be so carefully criticized because the govt. left everyone lives up to these fuckers, and none of them realize it, they think they're part of a gang consisting of good friends.

  • Yet they are the least monitored, if they fuck up, they find a way to make it so they didn't. why do they get such freedom? if a criminal fucks up and steals something, he goes to jail. if a cop fucks up and kills somone, it's cuz the person he killed was resisting arrest and putting the cops life in danger. who the fuck gave whoever the job to say one life is worth less than a cops life? No god put any man under the charge of every other man, and made one mans muders ok, but the others a crime.

  • "SIR, CO-OPERATE!" shoots him with gun.......

  • Can someone explain diabetic shock to me? i always thought diabetis was just you feel sick if your blood pressure goes high or low. I don't want to sound ignorant to any diabetics but i have a few friends that are diabetic and would love to be knowledgeable about it so i can try to help my friends if they go in to diabetic shock.

  • 1 of 2

@XLValenciaXL asked, "Can someone explain diabetic shock to me?"

People take medication for diabetes (high blood sugar).

Sometimes the amount of medication taken can cause low blood sugar (I believe 80 is the dividing line).

When your blood sugar starts hitting around 65 there's not enough sugar (i.e. energy) for your brain and muscles to function properly (the brain and muscles are most quickly effected but other organs are also effected but the reaction is not as quickly noticeable).

  • 2 of 2

    @XLValenciaXL

Around 65 you also start sweating and become dizzy and not able think clearly.

You begin losing strength in your muscles (muscles need sugar in the blood to work).

The lower your blood sugar the weaker and slower you become and at a certain point you become so weak you cannot even walk or sit up and at a certain point you pass out.

If you are not treated you can even fall into a coma.

If not passed out the symptoms are very similar to being extremely drunk.

  • Blood sugar, can drop very fast without the person even realizing it. This same situation happened in my town, a man was walking and went into diabetic shock, the police thought he was intoxicated and resisting them, so they beat him. The charges were immediately dropped when they found out it was a medical need. Anyway the cops involved were put on unpaid leave for a couple weeks, and he sued and won $250,000. Every cop need extensive training to recognize the difference.

  • If you have a medical condition that makes you loose control without you knowing it you should not be allowed to drive. If you don't agree, please state why without insults.

If your kids get run over by this man, would you say "well he didn't know what he was doing. Bloodsugar was low... poor driver. At least he wasn't beaten by the police."?

  • @tomaselvis obviously you lack knowledge about diabetes. When I have low blood sugar, I cant think straight. He was not attacking them, nor trying to hurt them. He wasn't aware of his surroundings or what the police were doing. When you're frightened or disorented you fight back. It's natural.

If they had been trained to learn the difference, he wouldnt have been tasered. If he had bought something high in sugar, or was with someone else, this wouldn't have happened.

    So don't judge us kkthx

  • @LovelyLilDevilWings

If he's not aware of his surroundings, then he shouldn't FUCKIN DRIVE!!

The police is there to remove dangerous people from traffic and they did.

  • ahahahhahaha and thus, idiot below rights comment

  • Some of the comments on here are actually rather embaressing. I dont know about this guys situation, but you cant generalise this and state that diabetics should not be driving, or that he deserved to get tazored. When someone has a servere low blood sugar, often they dont feel the effects at all until its dangerously low and they become in this mans state. He was putting peoples lifes in danger, but he was unaware of it. So judge away and i hope your bollocks get tazored to a liquid pulp. :D

  • @sbenedict17

What do you propose as a solution when a person risks others lives and then fights back when cops try to remove him from the road?

  • Comment nr 666 :D

  • atleast the officers were smart enough to realize something was wrong before he died!

  • You are obviously stupid. Hopefully you get tazared.

  • @tomaselvis Type I diabetes is less common but is the worst out there..the pancreas makes no insulin at all. The individual may be the healthiest person on earth, but once that pancreas ceases to function, then that is it. It is genetic. It is great that your husband has it under control. Many of my patients are emaciated to the point of starvation because the body is using itself as fuel. There must be more awareness of this disease..it is an pandemic, and approx 80% of type II can be stopped.

  • @tomaselvis I agree that the police had the right to remove him. Many diabetics do not have their diabetes under control and many type II's are stubborn..which if it was not genetically caused..can be the reason they have type II in the first place. .because they do not want to change their lifestyle..in no way am i disagreeing with you. This is one of the worst diseases I come across in the field, not because of the immediate effects but the long term..

  • @aduskaRN

I think many people need a reality check. Like diabetics screaming "police brutality".

What if your kid gets run over by a man in diabetic shock. Would that be ok?

I look at a lot of police reality shows and I'm horrified at how stupid people are.

They deny everything even if it's on camera!! I'm sure this guy later said he "didn't do anything".

    Same story, different idiot.

  • I hope the cops were fired. My husband has been diabetic for 27 years. He sadly has on a rare occasion encountered stupidity from people such as these police officers.

  • @sherrenee0610

The police removed a man who was driving with a nonfunctional brain.

They did their job. Your husband should take care of his diabetes more accurately.

It's not the world that needs to change to fit your husband, it's the other way around.

  • @tomaselvis First of all my husband has never had an incident like this. The world does need to change about diabetes that is blatantly obvious due to the police officers/your stupidity about it. TYPE 1 DIABETES is not a choice, people do nothing to get it, it just happens. It is also harder to control due to the fact that your body no longer makes any insulin. Hopefully you never have to experience this but if you do you need to encounter stupidity such as yours, your tune would change.

  • @sherrenee0610

I don't care what your husband does. If he drives while in shock he should stop or get tazered.

Simple as that. It's not a human right to drive while in shock.

  • Maybe they should have looked for his necklace first.

  • @jfsfrnd EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jfsfrnd

Or maybe he should have shown it instead of fighting?

The police encounter 10 000 idiots per 1 diabetic and you assume they always should check if the guy fighting them has a necklace? I would like to see you try that.

  • @tomaselvis Geez you dont get it do you. When someone is in sever low blood sugar THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND COMMANDS. What they thought resisting is not it is usually a type of involuntary movement due to low blood sugar. Diabetics will also typically be limp (which you can see the man in the video is) they will sweat profusely , they slur their speech and various other things. I would LOVE to see you try being diabetic for years...try it see how easy and simple you think it is then.

  • @sherrenee0610

I really don't give a rats ass. If you drive with diabetic shock you SHOULD be tazered.

That's why I pay police money.

  • @tomaselvis He was in diabetic shock.

  • @tomaselvis Thats what the necklace is for.

  • @jfsfrnd

Maybe they should have a diabetic hat then. Obviously it's hard checking a necklace when the idi... patient is fighting back.

  • @tomaselvis I thought they wore a bracelet - that would certainly be easier to see.

  • @jfsfrnd

A tatooe on their forehead? Seriously, what marking they use is only a benefit to the diabetic person.

It's their job to eat sugar, it's their job to mark themselves. Police can't check everybody fighting what medical journal they have. Police remove dangerous drivers. That's their job.

  • @tomaselvis So its his fault he went into diabetic shock.

  • @jfsfrnd

It's his responsibility not getting into shock while driving. If he fails the police are there to stop him.

If he does it time and time again he should lose his drivers license.

He must also understand (after the shock) why he gets his ass kicked if he refuses to cooperate.

He must not drive while in shock!

  • @tomaselvis Yeah well anyone who is a repeat danger on the road should lose their driving priveleges. I know some people who do not drive because of medical conditions which make them doze off for instance. I have no problem with that.

  • @jfsfrnd

    Exactly...

  • Yeah they didn't feel bad for doing it. They wish they could have done more.

  • im a type1 diabetic and have been beatin by cops far to many times.but we live in a world where if you dont comply then you will get beatin, abused by faux authority figures.just the way it is. the blood sugar there refering to is american standard.if he did not show resistance then there was no reason for this action.common sense is a by product now in this world.

  • @meyiyiyi55

Well then, if you can't follow simple instructions from police then you probably shouldn't drive.

  • @tomaselvis i wasnt driving when my incidents happened, when youre blood sugar is low your brain doesnt work properly.any suggestions from yourself ,you seem smart.

  • @meyiyiyi55

For starters you can give me more info about what you did when police interfered.

Your explanation "cops beat me" is not a good one.

In a lot of TV-shows people say I didn't do anything when cops beat me, but when they show the footage you can clearly see that they lie. This happens ALL the time. People don't seem to have a good grasp of what they are doing. They FEEL they're innocent. The man in this vid for instance is clearly resisting arrest.

  • @tomaselvis i was walking home and my blood sugar dropped,as you know youre brain does not work properly in hypoglycemia,so if a faux authority asks let me see youre id.you cannot perform the task.then thats when things go bad. because you are not doing what faux authority are asking.the guy in the video was in a diabetic coma, and cannot perform any task because his brain is not working, the brain runs on sugar and when it has no sugar does not work.perhaps a shirt saying coma victim possibility.

  • @meyiyiyi55

Well, then the police was right to remove him from the car because his brain didn't work properly and he was driving a car. Agreed?

And if you start a fight because your brain doesn't work then it's your problem. Police SHOULD stop you.

What if you feel offended and hit people because "you brain doesn't work properly"?

That's unacceptable. If you get out of control you should be in a hospital.

  • @tomaselvis Just because someone is diabetic does not mean they need to be in a hospital. What they need when they are in low blood sugar is something to increase their sugar, once they reach a normal level they are fine. Do you even remotely have a clue of what you are talking about?

  • @tomaselvis The man in the video is clearly unable to function due to being in low blood sugar, that and resisting arrest are two very different things

  • @tomaselvis No you shouldn't be driving however the police should take a moment to figure out what the problem is before using unnecessary force. When a diabetic is in extremely low blood sugar they have no clue what they are doing. My husband has had Type 1 for 27 years by the way.

  • @sherrenee0610

If you google how people treat police and how people kill police officers in these situations you would understand they're NOT taking any risks. The polices job is to remove dangerous people from the roads. DOCTORS job is to figure out how to help sick people. You being sick does not give you the right to ignore police orders. They will and should force you. YOUR job is to balance your sugar level not getting into these situations.

  • @tomaselvis First of all I am not diabetic so your use of YOUR is not needed. My husband is diabetic...Type 1 since he was 7 years old. Yes, it is the police officers job to figure out the situation. They don't get to act however they want. When someone is in severe low blood sugar they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, thus not they are not ignoring orders. Why don't you try being severely diabetic for a day...I am sure you would change your tune.

  • @sherrenee0610

"they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING"

Then why is he driving????????? Why is he driving?????

He should get a beating for driving while his brain doesn't work!

I don't want ANYONE behind the steering wheel with a non-functional brain!

He is endangering others lives!! He should not drive!! Why do you defend him?

I don't care if people drive with ebola/aids/HDD as long as they're not a risk.

    This guy IS a risk.

  • @tomaselvis Because sometimes low blood sugar can come one before you even know it. You obviously have zero idea of what you are talking about.

  • @sherrenee0610

Well, then he shouldn't drive at all.

    Good work by the police!

  • @tomaselvis My God, you are a piece of work. Keep trollin', good buddy /thumbsup

  • @CVSoprano

Thanks! Good day to you too...

  • @tomaselvis Also there a other symptoms of someone being in low blood sugar that they should have picked up on, such as the profuse sweating, they are limp, etc.

  • It's bullshit the normal blood sugar is 4 to 6, just wikipedia it.

  • sorry dude i only have 500 letters i can work with on a response. i tell ya what. type in "police brutaliy" in your youtube search and see for yourself. i am very very sorry i couldnt list the 10's of thousands of cases per year where cops abuse their authority but i will send it righ to the top of my to do list. ok?

  • Here we go agian with "Dumb & Dumber cops" thinking they know everthing about everything.

  • after realizing he wasnt movin when they told him to, you'd think theyd just ask him a few questions like, "sir, can you understand what im saying to you? are you feeling alright?" tryin to keep in mind that sometimes people who r sick, not just drunk/high, also appear a little loopy; theyr so quick to wanna slam somebody to the ground and taze/beat them; no compassion; what a bunch of creeps!

  • @musiclvr1able

If he drives in diabetic shock he can kill someone.

it's HIS responsibility to stop the car when feeling crap. He failed!

Thanks to the officers he didn't kill anyone.

  • @tomaselvis granted; but, you cannot justify trying to stop a potential danger by roughin the person up; sure, they didnt know the dude was in shock, but they also didnt check to be sure he was drunk/high; they just assumed he was deliberately noncompliant; i hav respect for police, but you hav to admit it's hard to keep that respect in tact when we see so much unecessary force done by police for no good reason, and then get justified for it...every time

  • @musiclvr1able

Well, you gotta keep in mind that the police deals with 10 000 idiots per 1 diabetic man.

It's not hard to understand why the police reacts like they do.

  • @tomaselvis of course, no doubt their jobs are tough enough without others continuing to drive while havin a reaction due to an illness; but that brings us back to the justification-for-beating-somebody-down-and/or-tazing issue; should cops always get to be justified when they're harsh and presumptious? they do have to be tough, yes, but with that strength should also come wisdom; sounds kinda corny but it makes sense if you think about it

  • @musiclvr1able

If you can do a better job, please try. And show the rest of the world how a perfect cop should be.

It's kinda stupid when criminals and diabetic people fuck up we should understand. When cops screw up it's all "kill cops", "fuckin pigs" etc. I'd rather understand the police officers. They help me. Criminals don't.

This diabetic man should not have been driving. He is responsible.

  • @tomaselvis have you seen the post where the double amputee got tazered in the wheel chair? or maybe where the 8 year old boy got pepper sprayed by 2 cops while pitching a fit in a class room. or where the pregnant woman got tazered while driving herself in labor to the hospitol? or maybe the one where the ambulance got pulled over and the trooper tried to arrest the paramedic who had a patient?...no? those arent mistakes ,sir .they are blatent disregards for by thugs

  • @MrShockotaco

And that proves to you that all police are thugs?

    Somebody needs to read statistics...

  • @tomaselvis 'sigh' i think i remember sayin i hav respect for police, but that respct has to be earned;i know they're not perfect, but if cops continue to use their power of authority to hurt people for messin up,it makes them no different than criminals;just like there is no excuse for any of us to commit crimes, there's no excuse for cops to treat us like garbage,no matter what they have against us; they hav to use force at times, but they can also go too far; thats my point

  • @musiclvr1able

What is your point? Cops shouldn't be bad?

    Wow! You philosopher you...

  • @tomaselvis i just mentioned my point but obviously you missed it, either that or you just don't want to hear it; apparently you don't want to be wrong about anything or even made to feel like you're wrong, so im gonna just leave you to your own thoughts on the subject since i tire of this debate; peace

  • @musiclvr1able

Get used to be talked back to if your only arguments are subjective and emotional.

    Good day!

  • @tomaselvis hmm; it sounds more like you're the one being subjective, because you can't see past the fact that even though cops hav a dangerous job, it doesnt give them the right to hurt us just because they can; and emotional, because even though i was done with this banter over a week ago, you cant let go of the argument for the cops; maybe you should be a prosecutor and do what the law already does and let cops go free when they abuse citizens and throw the innocent in prison...

  • @musiclvr1able

It's not abuse when removing a dangerous driver from the streets. It's job well done.

I don't care if they kick his ass while doing it. The police have the right to use violence.

Diabetics must consider that if they drive and get pulled over for being reckless AND then resisting they will get their asses handed to them. It's a risk they take in their condition.

  • @tomaselvis You can't really be that stupid Tomas. Were you home schooled by a mother with fetal alcohol syndrome? Because you don't make any fuckin sense.

  • @killyoubitch27

    Good point...

No sorry my mistake, your reply doesn't contain anything. It's only an ad hominem.

  • @tomaselvis Your the reason I love when the cops get there buts kicked by the victims I think they need that done to them to show them they dont always have to use violence.they think there above the law and they are not.to protect and to serve.in some cases yes they have to but Ive seen 100s of videos where it is not needed and they beat people down.the one cop that slammed a 110lb girl against a wall, that is the act of a worthless coward suffering from being picked on as a kid.

  • @alpacoify

I hope you never get help from police when you need it.

If you judge police after what some police do then I presume you judge all black people after what some do, right?

  • @tomaselvis Im not stupid I know theres good and bad in all races and cops to,but it seems the bad are overtaking the good in the police persons.for example I had a car in the street in front of my house for about 2 weeks,so I called the police to run a check to see if it was stolen?they sent a cop who came and gave me a hard time cause he had better things to do.I told him I didnt ask for a cop I wanted the station to check,he started treating me like crap and didnt care what I said

  • @tomaselvis continued from below.I started getting louder and letting the cop know I didnt want a cop his station sent him.he told me not to take that tone with him,and I replied that tone is the same tone he was taking with me.you cops forget that we are equal to you not below!!!!!so why dont you quit writing traffic citations to the working class and fight real crime.truth hurts dont it?thats how america sees you cops.most people dont call the police cause if they do they end up in jail.

  • @tomaselvis I know that you just all blacks on what some blacks do. All I know is that I have about 300 videos favourited on here and other websites showing extreme police brutality, unlawful arrests, threatening behavior and abusing their authority. There seems to be a bit of a pattern emerging.

  • @DHScherocha

300 is nothing compared to how many arrests are made every day worldwide.

Your "evidence" isn't worth a rats ass.

Seriously, you collect you statistical evidence on youtube?

And what on earth are you talking about blacks? I don't understand your text.

  • never mind; forget that idea; we already have enough hateful, evil people in this world in authority over us who are only too ready and willing to use their God-given power to regulate our human natures, just to bash us in the head because they have a badge; im truly saddened by your lack of empathy, but i'll wish you a good day anyway; peace

  • @musiclvr1able

Hard to understand that police have the right to use violence ey?

They are the only ones in society that are allowed to do this.

Every situation could be lethal to them, they take decisions in fractions of seconds. So it's pretty easy for you to sit and be an expert at your desk at home watching youtube videos.

  • @tomaselvis lol, alright man; although i must say you seem to have a knack for tryin at being an expert yourself mister prosecutor...while you sit at your desk at home watching youtube videos; later

  • @musiclvr1able

What's there to be an expert about?

Idiot drives car, police stop him.

  • @tomaselvis uh huh, ok; look man, let's agree to disagree yes? and let this one go cuz we could go on and on about the same issue and reach no consensus, seein as i hav a tendency to see things from every direction instead of just on the surface; take it easy

  • @tomaselvis Tomas, what if this happened to your parents are one of your relatives? You would probably have a different opinion. These cops should be fired if they can't tell the difference between a man who is in diabetic shock, and a person who's on drugs. This happens all too often.

  • @killyoubitch27

And I guess you're an expert on when somebody is resisting arrest because he has diagnosis for something.

    I wouldn't think so.

  • @tomaselvis

    Dearest stupid asshole.

Let me inject you with insulin and bring your blood sugar level down to 11.

I'll then give you a series of commands and if you fail to comply with any of those commands I'm going to tazer you until you comply.

I'll bet you $50,000.00 that you're incapable of complying with even one command.

You are an ignorant moron who knows ZERO about what happens when a person's blood sugar level falls that low.

  • @ForTheDefence78

Will you also let me drive around your kids school at the same time?

  • When my dad had hypoglyciemic attacks he had been known to chase and try and hit me. So I can understand how the cops thought he was drunk. But any decent cop would take into his assesment of the situation that it might be medical. Tazering him was way over the top.

  • @carl2017

You did not mention an alternative to a tazer. A gun maybe? Knocking him unconcious?

Sprinkle rainbows over him? What is the police supposed to do?

  • @tomaselvis Well not tazer him that's for sure. What next shoot someone having a seizure?

  • @carl2017

    So you don't know?

Why are you giving advice then?

  • @tomaselvis Don't be anymore of a cock than you have to be.

  • @carl2017

    I win! :-)

  • this is where the term "FUCKING PIGS" makes sense to me

  • @charliehockey78

    Then you should grow up.

  • @tomaselvis We all have sugar in our blood & insulin that is produced by the pancreas to control our glucose levels. Diabetics have a problem producing insulin, so these people take insulin exogenously via a syringe if their blood glucose is not controlled (too high) through lifestyle changes or oral agents. If taking insulin, one MUST eat within 5-60mins of rcving insulin (depends on type), or the sugar will drop too low. Ones sugar may drop as low as this mans did-resulting in diabetic shock.

  • @aduskaRN

So? It's HIS job to keep himself in shape, not the polices.

If he screws up he could kill pedestrians maybe. That's why he was stopped.

    It's not the issue.

If he drives like an idiot because of his diabetes, he shouldn't drive.

    Police was correct removing him.

  • @secretmisery Vectorsumio is correct, you measure blood glucose through the A1c test..generally a diabetic should stay within the 6/7 range for a stable blood glucose reading..this gentleman read an 11 on our scale. A normal blood glucose is between 70-100 in the USA. To see the gravity of the situation, if it was possible for him to remain alive for 3 months with a blood glucose of an 11, he would have had an A1c of about 1/1.2.

  • @vectorsumio- Yes, an extreme hypoglycemic patient does mimic demon possession! (sweating, shaky, tremors, paranoia, anxiety, hunger, parathesia) I also agree that the tazer was a bit excessive as well..even if the man showed rage; however, I am glad this man was still moving about, because one more step down on the blood glucose scale could have resulted in coma or death..

  • 11 is a low bloodsugar?! Huh, I guess they used a different calculator method in USA regarding the bloodsugar, here in Denmark, 11 is high - 5-7 is normal. My first shock was with a bloodsugar on 2.3 and then 3.1

  • @SecretMisery Yes, Your sugar readings are a different scale used than this one. Your scale is known as an A1C (hemoglobin) This test is not something you can do at home to be on the 1-12+scale (avg) it is an average of 3 months to determined your sugar levels in the blood. The reading this man had was from an actual blood test. an 11 on the A1C would be approximately in the 350's+. Regardless, this man was facing a life threatning emergency and could have gone into comma or worse.

  • It will be funny when those cops are in Hell, and they are lain down a bed of active tasers, and then restrained there for the rest of eternity!

  • Why is he allowed to drive if he has diabetic shocks?

  • @tomaselvis Why are you allowed to type if you are full of such ignorance.

  • @Vectorsumio

So you think typing is as dangerous as letting people drive under diabetic shock?

    And I'm full of ignorance...

  • @tomaselvis You obviously didn't understand what I typed. It's cool, might I suggest though, (in case you talk to someone IRL about this topic) do some research about diabeties to understand what makes diabetic shock possible. So you wouldn't say something like your OPosted comment to someone who might be offended by your lack of knowledge. cheers!

  • @Vectorsumio

Now I have researched it! People driving in risk of diabetic shock must have sweets in the car to eat.

Or as the doctor said - "...if they have any strange feelings while driving, to pull over immediately and park the car". If this guy was driving in shock he was a danger to other peoples lives and must be stopped.

    The police was correct.

  • @tomaselvis Excellent! It's a sad fact that health conditions can endanger others, probably one reason for a Captain AND a Co-Pilot on planes. Most Diabetics get hints when they are reaching lows or highs but not always.

Regardless, for 1 reason or another, I'm glad he got pulled over, sad he got tazed, but happy he got help. He needed it bad! And i'm glad you took the time to follow up and learn what the condition can do to the human body. Cheers!

  • tell me is a taser sposta be used as a defence or a restraint for non compliance

  • This is why tazers should be illegal. Stupid uneducated police.

  • officers are so under trained, its scary we give them guns!!!!

  • Fucking pigs

  • holy fuck, cops are so fucking stupid.

  • ken brown, go fuck yourself and stop lying!

  • Comment removed

  • Irrespective of what a person is on the police should never tazer anyone for merely not cooperating. Some police are just too power drunk and sadistic.

  • they should have been sewed because they used FORCE one someone who wasn't

  • @killerxlr666 first of all they shouldnt be "sewed" because "sewed" doesnt mean what ur dumbass thinks it means. secondly, from the perspective of the police, the man was resisting. how were they supposed to know he was in diabetic shock, i guarantee u would have no clue unless u r extremely familiar with diabetic shock. the average police officer isnt because they arent paramedics or doctors. to them, he was appeared like another drunk who was resisting. stop monday morning quarterbacking.

  • @willi2209 Will....the guy mentions that they thought he was under the influence of a narcotic or drunk. A man would not be able to resist so much if he were drunk or under the influence of a narcotic. Something should have clicked in the officers brain when they 1....got no response (even a drunkard will respond at least) and 2....he is resisting so hard that it takes two of them to drag him out.

  • oh, you're a diabetic? well then go right ahead and endanger the lives of every one on the road. I guess we need to pass a law prohibiting diabetics from driving if they're irresponsible enough to get behind the wheel even if they're not safe to drive.

  • @chieftp someone needs to take away your computer so no one has to read your dumb ass comments.

  • @chieftp ?how stupid are you??... I agree with taking your computer away, because your uneducated and have no clue of right and wrong at your age. If your over the age of 3, you should know.

  • @davejsmith "your uneducated." LOL the irony!! I'm wondering if you'll even figure out what the problem is. probably not.

  • @chieftp Amazing, You're uneducated and have some spelling & grammar knowledge. Now point out the stupidity of your comment?

  • @chieftp You're uneducated. Now point out the reason I'm calling you stupid... your turn!!!

  • A person who has extreme hypoglycemia may experience trembling and extreme changes in behavior, such as aggression, and slurred speech, and the symptoms gets worse as the sugar drops. It comes on quickly, especially if the person has taken insulin and has not eaten within 30mins or so, depending on the insulin. The cops most likely thought he was an aggressive drunk..yes cops have training on diabetic emergencies, but what do you see more often as an officer, hypoglycemia or a drunk driver?

  • @aduskaRN And the winner is... you sir/maam. The truth of the matter is, no matter what we see these officers doing here. The majority of their experiences are not with diabetic emergencies. The tazer may have been excessive, but to anybody that has seen an extreme low in a diabetic would understand why these officers made the mistake they did. I think another way of describing what it's like seeing a person in this state would be demon possession.

  • Welcome, folks, to The New Nazied States of America!

    While giggling you proposed it!

While dancing you are enjoying it!

While HOWLING you will dispose of it!

  • i hope he sued the crap out of them.

  • so the man is not responding to commands but he is in no way threatening or showing any behavior that threats the officers..........so fuckit tazer him and drag him out of the vehicle to show him he better listen to a police officer when they give you commands? is this how it works?

  • I couldn't watch this at all.

  • fuck that dickead in the interview they feel bad? well thats just fuckin dandy they should go back to buttfucking eachother while theyre at it

  • maybe they can equip a blood sugar meter on the end of the tazer

  • MOTHERFUCKIN COPS

  • This happens far too often. Cops should have to justify using a taser, pepper spray or any weapon and there needs to be a independent review board. Tasers are safter than guns but they can still harm. There needs to be a whole revamping of our police system. Videos and You-Tube are helping. We should all carry flip camera's or phones or even a pocket tape recorder. Just to keep all these guys honest. Also the "Know Your Rights" article on the ACLU's webpage has good advice.

  • I hope this man sued. They should have known he was in trouble. Just like we should know the traffic laws.

  • They should just call these things what they are -- High Voltage Compliance Inducement Weapons

  • This just makes me sick b/c I've personally seen my own family members in diabetic shock. It's horrible to witness it, yet know someone was tasered (albeit, by accident) while they were already suffering.

And I agree, why is tasering used on someone that's unarmed??? One cop, maybe. But three???

    Poor guy!!!
