The more comments I read the more I realize just how stubborn and ignorant some of these creationists are. Religion is breeding this ignorance and unwillingness to accept evidence, using faith and fear to brainwash, and I think that's one of the biggest problems facing young minds today. Excellent video, though the part about the knowledge of the Greeks was not entirely accurate: Greek philosophy and their cultural legacy were taught in Christian Europe as well, but especially in the Byzantine Empire, through which the Arabic nations learned it. I'm more concerned about the threat to my freedoms from Christian Creationists than I am of Islamic Fundamentalists. Scientific ignorance, zest for myth, wishful thinking and the suppression of independent critical thinking are the hallmarks of both Christianity and Islam. The difference between them is, Christians currently have the weapons and the technology to enslave and destroy the world. It's only a matter of time until both sides have this ability. In the end: China rules the world.

This is a great sereis of videos, should be made available to schools. Not all creationists are necessarily scientifically illiterate, but deliberately choose turn their backs on pretty much all science which not anly supports evolution but is the foundation of our current civilisation as we know it.

Theistic evolution is the position that God created living things using the process of evolution. I used to accept the possibility. I now know it to be false and accept creation ex nihilo. The more I study science, the easier it gets to believe the Bible and the harder to believe evolution.

Demand physical evidence; not artist renderings. Perhaps you will arrive at the same conclusion.

If you've studied science as you claim and come away believing the Bible even MORE, then you are either lying (which is VERY typical among Christians) or you are reading some seriously flawed Christian produced "science" books, or you're extremely mentally deficient. As a scientist, engineer, and all around knowledge hound, the more science I'VE studied, the more I've come to realize how all religion (including the Bible and Christianity) is a crock of shit and highly destructive to humanity.
