I wont go as far as to call him an uncle tom but I have to admit that I was totally disappointed with his work.I am from SC and nearly every family in my area has native American ancestors.In fact, there are many people today in my area with native American husbands/wives. West African muslims came to america hundreds of years before columbus was born and lived among the native americans. Their are even arabic names in treaties among the native americans. I do not know his agenda?

Not all Africans have dark skin/Nubian noses.Also, science proves that we are all 1 people. Due to genetic drifts, the blackest couple can produce a white baby and a white couple can produce a black baby.Why, because life originated in Africa. Thus, allowing the whitest person to produce dominant genes such as folded eyelids- brown eyes.

I suggest you read about Sandra Laing, the black girl born to white parents in South Africa. Unfortunately, many of my black brothers have been deceived by statements from some blacks who are ignorant about DNA and use the recessive trait theory. They totally ignore the genetic drift fact. Race is a social construct. 2 dark skinned parents can produce a white or light baby because all color stems from black. Thus, every white person possess the dna to produce a black baby.

I will leave U alone, but I will not leave U confused. Black is a dominant trait. White is recessive. But DNA does not work like mixing 2 colors together. A baby gets traits from its parents. Thus 2 black parents will transfer their color traits to the baby. The baby might get a dark gene from both parents or a light gene from one and a dark gene from the other, resulting in a brown baby. 2 dark parents can give a baby 2 light genes and the baby will be lighter than both parents!

2nd, it is also common among Puerto-Ricans for 2 light parents to occasionally have a dark baby. Also 2 white sheep can have a black sheep. If a sheep received white traits from both parents, white will become the dominant gene for the offspring; thus, resulting in white color. But, this white baby sheep could still possess a black gene which is dormant. So if the white baby sheep mated with another white sheep their baby could be black or some other color. Genetic drift!

As those of you whom are educated in DNA sampling, or with conducting statistics, are aware: it is totally impossible to be 100% accurate, due to homogeneity, rater bias, etc. Gates, does not have access to the DNA of every African or Native American tribe (some extinct). Thus, it is impossible to identify their DNA within his subjects. But, since he has probably 98% access to white DNA, the results will always be skewed in favor of the white ancestry.

In a book written by the man who tells her her ancestry, he writes everything that was not said on the air:

"So that's why I love Europe" Ike always said I wanted to lie white." She sighed. She asked when the series would air, and he said in Feb 2008. The show was recorded in Aug 2007. She said "No worry, Ike will be dead by then!"

Ike died Dec 2007....2 months before the show aired.

She actually is not a member of Soka Gakkai. She still chants Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. After the split with Sokka Gakkai and the Nichiren Shoshu Buddhist religion it is specualated she may have remained with the Orthodox Nichiren sect that the Sokka Gakkai promotes it bases its prayers on.
