I think it must be a misprint. In The Bleak Midwinter. It's a traditional English song which goes back to the 19th Century. If you Google "In The Black Midwinter" it will say "did you mean In The Bleak Midwinter."
Also, if you listen to what Bert's singing he quite clearly says "Bleak" and not "Black."

Beautiful rendition!!! I'm gonna get many complaints for this, but his english accent comes out strongly on this.
