(Part 2) Michael Bay has the passion and the balls to "go there" with his audience in an attempt to thrill. That's exactly what Michael Bay is, a thrill master. I've long had an appreciation for his work as a moviegoer who wants to be thrilled, nothing more, nothing less.
Another top notch movie review my dear! I'm going to see this tomorrow and am splurging for 3D. I enjoyed ROTF, but admitedly...it was like the entire movie was full of climactic sequences, so yeah...you finish it kind of numb to it all by the end. I've argued in defense of Michael Bay on numerous "geek" sites. He truly is a visionary and what he lack sometimes in substancem he makes up for in passion, guts and style. Michael Bay dares to push the boundaries of SFX.....(TBC)
@JDTV66 Yes, i saw it without 3D because I can't afford that shit :))) But most of the action in the final part of the movie takes place in clear daylight, so there are no issues of the movie being to dark and not being able to see anything.
@Relativitee Fair enough. Perhaps one day however that will not be the case and your subscribers will be privy to see a different iteration of Relativitee :-)
Sweet Christmas I love your voice o.o. It's really interesting to see someone who actually ENJOYED the movie and isn't a gushing moron going on and on about how Hot Shia LaBouf is. GOOD STUFF!
@UgoStrange Shia LeBeouf hot!? Oh tell me who this misguided female is so I can set her right. There is nothing hot about that little high energy hobbit. He's not charming, he's not funny, he's just that. High energy. The irony is that I really liked him in small supporting roles like Constantine and I. Robot but once he graduated to leading man status he just became SOOOO annoying to me. I can't stand 2 hours of Shia talking. I just can't.
As far as transformers go, this might be the better one, however when it is this long, these many talented actors, and this bad humour. I just can't enjoy this movie
It's good to hear that this film is better in some ways than what's come before... Even though I can sit through the first two films and enjoy them, there is enough to annoy me if the blinders slip off. I've so far missed all of the big geeky movies this year thanks to monetary issues, but I hope to catch this one at least. :D

@Skybaby79 It was just an ironic comment on the fact that the US have Transformers doing missions for them in the Middle East. :P

Hey I love the way you express yourself in your reviews. One question is this movie worth seeing in 3D?

Transformers 1: Clunky, but very fun.
Transformers 2: Oh dear god, make it stop, make it end.
Transformers 3: Wow. This is really good.

The film was the closest thing to taking an entire bottle of sleeping pills that I have ever encountered.
