In angle three you can see a slight delay in the grenade blowing up at the shot, I believe that the grenade ran out of time to land on the ground and it blew up but he happened to shoot it but it exploded after he shot! But I think you couldve gotten rec0n from this :P

You can't be sure you were "PERFECTLY" on target.  Since the grenade was in the way, you'd really never know. Maybe you'd have hit him, maybe not. You can't know this for sure. He could've jumped, moved, crouched, or a warthog could've pulled in front of him O_o

Or better yet, the warthog could've plowed into him and killed him...haha...

All that aside I'm pretty sure you shot the grenade!!!

Actually, just watched again, and if you slow it down at 0:16 to 0:17 it really doesn't look like you were perfectly on target. In fact, your scope looked about a heads length or two to the right of your target...so basically I'd say there's about an 85% chance that bullet would've missed, had it not hit the grenade...assuming it didn't go through the grenade after...but it definitely looks like you weren't on target...or at least perfectly on target...watch again and you'll see you're off.

You don't even see a sniper bullet fly by the first gernade but you have to be blind not see the sniper bullet appear and go through the 2nd gernade.
