Well, its sort of considered spam if you think about it.

If someone just quotes from the video and adds nothing else to the comments, its spam like the comments that are just "Lol, rofl, OMFG, etc, etc".

Meh, BS copyrights. CN saw a video I had up for over a year removed it and I got suspended. Now heres the odd part about it, the same thing happen when I uploaded a clip from robot chicken. So when that got removed I was like "OMFG, I better make sure all my videos say who owns the copyrights and stuff." Right, so I did that with my Dexter Lab's Clip, which was only 45 seconds long. Than one day I was gone to a retreat, CN found the clip that was on before the RC one, and than I got suspended.
