Shenmue 1 & 2 Beta Footage Part 3 of 3

There was just something about walking around a sleepy little village where everyone knew your name that really made Shenmue 1 really enjoyable for me. Something I felt was missing in Shenmue 2. Not to say I didn't like Shenmue 2, you could say it really captured the feeling of being another land where you know nobody and are completely on your own now.

@deesies I feel exactly the same. There is a magic to the original Shenmue that is simply wonderful. I fell in love with the game/Yokosuka while round a mates house. I ran out and bought a Dreamcast purely for Shenmue! It was the perfect setting. Wonderful game and memories. I still play it now and then and I always enjoy it hugely : D

Its probably better than Yukuza, but I have never played Yukuza.... I just know Shenmue is the best game ever made in my opinion.

this is in my oppinion the best game better the fact that it still looks good and better than most wii games speaks volumes of the technology behind this masterpiece.

I hope no one buys any future sega products until they make shenmue 3 it would sell millions it didnt sell crazy on dreamcast because its install base was small and shenmue 2 did bad on xbox because at the time the install base for xbox was small and the people that owned it where fps fans.shenme will be a seller if released
