Great Video! I love the music @ Merced! I was wondering, what key interval is the organist using during the preaching chords in the build up at 0:13-0:17 seconds?

The interval is a 5th to a flatted 7th. Very common in Gospel music. For Example: in the KEY of C - the "trill" would be G to Bb. - Best, RW
