i have ridden both, in terms of fun, both are equal. in terms of hardest i would say english. thats just my opinion and its really close, i have to say i love barrel racing :p

Both have grace, but the way riders ride and the horses are trained are WAY diffrent. the tack is diffrent too.

good choice in music. I'm a barrel racer, but that doesn't mean i don't like to dust off that english saddle and go jumping every now and then. Nice video. ;]

I would say western if you are just learning, and then try english once you get your balance. at least, thats what i did when i started. =]
