I too donate blood regularly, and plan my donation schedule to donate blood in the days leading up to christmas.

Thank you for this amazing vid, I did my video asking people to donate blood from my bedroom, unfortunately I had to have a blood transfusion as I had an operation only 6 weeks ago, I am not allowed to donate EVER!. Mad cow disease and CJD etc Don't leave it to later as you might leave it too late. Thank you TezzToo for being a blood donor and thank you for those youtubers who watch this and go out to donate blood afterwards, You are heroes.

@Melanisticmoon I really hope you do! In Australia you have to be between 16-70, but I believe that does differ slightly in different countries. Generally the age you can begin donating is between 16-18. Check you local donation website! DFTBA! :D

And wait, you can be 16? Do you know if that's just in Australia or in the whole world?

You have to be 16 or over to donate in Australia, but I'm not sure about the guidelines in other countries. Take a look at your local donation website! It will generally be 16-18 :D

I have seen three blood donation videos on youtube, every single one has made me feel sick to my stomach. I have such high respect for anyone who gives blood. It's a great cause and I wish I could donate blood but I have a serious phobia of needles, like I refuse to get blood tests type phobia. Maybe one day I'll pluck up the courage.
