I had a brain tumor at the age of 15.

And all my precious hair had to be shaved off for the operation.

I think it's a very brave thing what you did.

I am still alive.. got my second brain tumor (age 25) but this time I can keep my beautifull long hair (did not cut it after the operation so its very long)

I am thinking about making long dreads from it.

you dont have to, it takes all day but there is a solution that dissolves the wax and undoes the dread. takes a long time and alot of patience. its best to ask a professional to do it and set aside a day or 3 o ge all finished cos you have to repeat th process

Great video.. Now I regret cutting my hair off before dreading.. Oh well hair comes back (for most of us) so next year I will dread up! I went through cancer 5 years ago (I am a survivor) and this video hits home. I have been fortunate to have my hair grow back fuller and better than before.
