dont put the second packet of cards down after you put the packet from the middle of you right hand, put it down after you put the top packet from the right hand down then put the second packet and put on the origial packet of cards. to retain order
Timerbomb is right, the 2nd and 3rd packets switch. The top packet and bottom packet are unchanged though, and it's always good to know the position of half the deck.

I may be wrong but don't the 2 middle packets switch places? I think your version just retains the top and bottom cards. But still nice.
