great results man. but it looks by the end you lost alot of muscle mass too. I'm a skinny guy, so I think if I did p90x I'd look like a frickin stick by the end of it.
how does this stuff get people so lean? such a thin mid section...goodness,...still dont know about buying it,...i dont like the thought of supplements to get a great looking body
The only supplement that I used was Muscle Milk Light. I use both the light and regular versions now. Check out my 60 day video for a picture of the bottle.

@GR8GUY54 heah friend, what advice can you give to women that had babies, getting rid of our lower abs is difficult, I do the ab ripper/ insanity, run on treadmill, its going away so slow, I used to work my abs everyday, but I stopped.
As simple as it sounds, diet and exercise will bring out your abs. Try eating a chicken breast salad (no fatty skin) for dinner a few times a week. In the mornings, I eat three egg whites on wheat toast, with a cup of coffee. Believe it or not, I don't do any of the Plyo or Kenpo workouts anymore. Instead, I added the Intervals X, from P90X Plus, into my regime. On resistence days, I'm making burn on each workout. Ab Ripper, all 25 reps with perfect to best form is crucial!
I don't know about other protein shakes, but I've stuck with Muscle Milk Light Chocolate the whole time. Their slogan is "Burn fat. Don't store it!" I drink this after each workout. Always stay moving . I ride a bike and take a train to work, and walk everywhere I can. From what I know so far, fat must be moved away from the body to see your abs. Also, you should only be doing Ab ripper three times a week; every other day.

I am still angry at myself but now that summer is here and school is over I'm going to start back up again. I had a LOT of difficulty with food, however. I am a vegetarian and I am pretty much obsessive of what I eat. What did you do for the food aspect of the program? By the way, GREAT job. Amazing results... you must be so proud!
