Sadly considering that they only made like one cartridge for Earthbound Zero and some dude decided to dump into ROM format and put it on the internet i somewhat doubt they'd put it on the Virtual Console.
The TRUE Earthbound, not Earthbound zero, that's the Demiforce hack (the illegal hack). Earthbound is an nes game translated by Phil Sandhop But was never released. There are 4 (or 5) true copies left. Thank's Roo.

@JakBaronKing I agree with you. Infact, I rather have more plot involved video games with awesome gameplay and beutiful music like this game seems to have (I havn't played any of the Mother? EarthBound games unfourtanetly), instead of these over rated FPS games that get released now a-days, damn it. I can imagine this song being sung by the entire Earth after the final boss of Mother/Earthbound Zero. It fits it so well. The Earth is rejoicing, the evil has been defeated, everybody joins their hands in friendship in a song of victory.
All in all, this song proves that in games, sometimes the gameplay, the graphics, and even the plot don't matter.

Don't say that please, a hollywood movie for the mother series would be utter shit. Let the community make the movie so that it has heart and not dramatic special effects in place of plot.
I'd donate money to see a community full length movie made.

@anonymous0s0egion That actually sounds pretty awesome! :D I've been thinking about a cartoon chronicling the adventures of the whole series while still staying true to the sweet/scary atmosphere of the games. Maybe the creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender could do it.
But you're right. A fan-made creation with probably have more heart to it.

This song beats out Still Alive from Portal as my favorite song.
And considering how awesome I think Still Alive is, that's saying something.
I can imagine this song being sung by the entire Earth after the final boss of Mother/Earthbound Zero. It fits it so well. The Earth is rejoicing, the evil has been defeated, everybody joins their hands in friendship in a song of victory.
All in all, this song proves that in games, sometimes the gameplay, the graphics, and even the plot don't matter.
