@Syzydeh Leo is what you get when you combine Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris into an Ultraman. He is their supreme hand to hand combatant and martial artist. Also he was never meant to have energy beams just an energy karate chop, the Leo Kick and hand held weapons, but fan demand at the time dictated that beam weapons be added to Leo.
