  • nossa que incrível!!!

  • My favorite song of the cd! So beautiful, still gives me goosebumps!

  • THIS SONG MAKES ME FEEL GREAT, IF I WERE RUSSIAN I WERE PROUD OF IT!

  • Yes the ads are so fricken annoying and capitalist, let us hear music and see our flag not your plea for the green paper that fuels your breaking from humanity. and ps I did applaud it is so beautiful i almost cry :)

  • stop with the fucking ads, it's pathetic capitalism.

  • @13thmoon32 people always complain about the ads but no one suggests an alternative

  • this is my favorite song on the collection by far

  • Thank you . . . Thank you, you've made an old soviet happy this day. Merry Christmas.

  • @ShadowofAlcatraz Question: Would you want to see the soviet union return?

Because i live in the netherlands and i would..

  • Da, I would. The Soviet Union when I served as a conscript were the best years of my life. I traveled everywhere, I was given education and food. I was proud to serve Premier Ulyanov. Or Lenin to the rest of you proletarians. There was always something to be done in Russia, everyone worked for the common good. Then my people - let's just say I wished I was beside Ulyanov on his death bed when Stalin was present. I'd have him removed for the future of the union.

  • @ShadowofAlcatraz Exactly how i thought, i love the soviet union aswell, the west completely demonises it, and everyone in the west is learned how communism is the way of the corrupt, and dictators, and would only lead to a poor and unstable country, i looked besides that, and i see Vladimir Ulyanov (Lenin) as one of the greatest leaders ever, communism is great.

However thank you for your reply, i have the utmost respect for you

(i might have send this twice i forgot, i think i lost the last)

  • Советский Союз мою истинную родину, как я скучаю по тебе

  • pure awsomness!!!!

  • It was a Soviet song from WW2

    (I prayed for Mother Russia

    in the summer of 43

and as we drove the Germans back

    I really believed

    God was listenin' to me

    we howled into Berlin

    tore the smoking buildings down

raised the red flag high) lyrics

  • @MrNat10 Many thanks to you sir, ou un gros mârci comme on dis par chez nous

  • @MrNat10 Are you fucking retarded? That doesn't have anything too do with the lyrics!

  • ok ppll keep forgeting that every dialect is not a language per se, read a god dam book!

    russian FTW!

  • @MrPAN52 i didnt have to use any translator to understand that you love your language, however you confess that russian language has such an intensity ,beauty, and ''undeniable sensuality'' ,right ? And i dont know anything bout french , im brazilian ,ehehe. Yes , more than the beauty and the intensity that comes with russian language ,is that red army choral ,that i didnt know about , and im loving it . Its pure epic and enormous , totally epic. This kind of music fits perfectly with URSS.

  • I swear, Russia produces the greatest singers on the planet. It also helps, I suppose, that Russian is the most beautiful language (to hell with French).

  • @zt76831 Unless you learn all 10.000 languages of the world you won't know which is the most beautiful, for all we know it just might be Welsh or Vietnamese or Hungarian or Persian... As I said, only after you learn all 10.000 languages fluently you can decide.

  • @Iruth27

You know what? Fuck off. I don't need to speak a language to decide whether is sounds appealing or not.

Also, you're off by around 4 or 5 thousand.

  • @zt76831 Technically we'll never know exactly how many languages humanity has/had, and yes you do need to speak a language to decide whether it sounds appealing or not. Wasn't there a saying that Russian is like a violin, screeches and sounds horrible to an amateur but to a master it can compose the most beautiful and profound music?

  • @Iruth27

Apparently not, as this sounds beautiful, and I speak no Russian whatsoever.

  • shut up, capitalist basement-dwelling parasites, and listen to this wonder!

  • Quelle voix incroyable ! ! ! absolument merveilleux !

  • Da zdravstvuet Rossiya!

  • Russian tenors: Weapons of Mass Destruction of your Soul! *****.

  • @LEOPARDTWO He he You are right on 100 %. +)

  • the soviet union may have been a breeding ground for injustice and inequity, but this is one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard

  • @aerichthelime In the USSR justice and equality stated in the constitution.

  • @TheNoob978 that means nothing. practice versus theory

  • @aerichthelime you lived in the USSR? I lived, and said that the Soviet Union lived much better than in Russia.

  • @aerichthelime The Constitution of the USSR is the world's only until the end of a democratic constitution (unknown author)

  • @TheNoob978 you're not making any sense. apologies if english is a second language

  • @aerichthelime English is my second language, I'm from Russia.

  • @TheNoob978 yeah i figured, hence my "apologies". well since you're russian, can i ask a question? I'm not saying that communism doesn't have noble goals, but do you actually deny that in the Soviet Union, many of these just ideals were lost and oppression and, generally speaking, unjust realities took place?

  • @aerichthelime In the USSR there was no injustice. Therefore, the successor of the CPSU, CPRF is strongest party in Russia. Everyone remembers and loves the Soviet Union, not because the Soviet Union all the "oppressed" and hated, but because in the USSR, all lived freely and happily. I hope you understand what I mean

  • @TheNoob978 As much as I hold onto socialism, the USSR isn't a great example for Communism, and tehre were mistakes, a lot of them, in communism you should have more freedom than you would in a capitalistic democracy, and as we all know that was not the case in the USSR.

  • @TheNoob978 unfortunately i don't, and for that matter probably won't ever.

  • @aerichthelime Okay, enough arguing, and enjoy music, сapitalyuga. :)

  • Fantastic! Who says good music wasn't produced behind the Iron Curtain? Where's the Love button?

  • I WANTED TO APPLAUD IN THE END

  • @Yosemited So... DO IT ! :3

  • @MongolSwede I don't think anybody except a clueless fool would say something like that. Russians are known to have naturally a good musical ear not to mention voices. At that famous " Russian soul" and well you have some of the best, choir's, folk songs, war songs, classical music, etc. I'd gladly give you some examples if you want. Modern Russian music from the last two decades is crap though mostly dominated by rap and pop and it's just as terrible if not more so as western examples.

  • @darkon112

What's "good" is subjective to the listener. Sure some music is better organized or more professional, but I wouldn't say rap or pop is bad, especially if it resonates with so many people. I used to hate on the things I disliked as well until I took a step back and began to appreciate other forms of music for what they are, eventually it all grew on me and I've found my selection to be much more broad than it was 5 years ago. This world is much bigger with an open mind.

  • @MongolSwede

It is a Russian folk song, having nothing to do with communism... It was writen in the 19th century, long before the bolshevik revolution...

  • @MongolSwede Iron Curtain for our boddies, not for the souls.

  • Is this available in sheet music format??? Title maybe in Russian....please can some one help?? Many thanks in advance..

  • Such a good song

  • thank you llamakin.
