Chauncey Billups is the most underrated player in history. I could just leave it at that but lemme break it down 4 the dumdums. Hes a champion, finals mvp, all star, defensive/offensive threat, sportsmanship winner, leader, etc. Wen he left Detroit...they sucked. Melo was always a gr8 scorer but as soon as Billups arrived in Denver he made Melo a MONSTER on the floor. He even made Melo a better player all around. He took the Denver to a Conference finals. 2 everyone sayin Big 3 (4now), stfu.

Feels awkward watching Chauncey through this whole thing. Obviously he's earned as much respect in the league as Melo has but understandably the media is focused solely on Melo due to that being the big storyline. It kind of feels to me like Chauncey's play, being the best Knick in those first 4 games, might've been in part a reaction to him not getting that respect he deserves here.
