@brankozab2 Actually! Infinity ward didn't want to make a modern warfare game they did it to actually "Backstab" treyarch that wanted to steal their game from them. Since World at War was in development while CoD 4 was treyarch thought infinity ward was gonna make ww2 aswell so ....you can say that treyarch got backstabbed....So they couldn't create a new game :P they had to finish the one they had in hand so came world at war.

CoD 1-2 are the most important CoD's for me, because they didn't had any cheap things like killstreaks, perks, zero recoil or anything bullshit. Just man, his gun, and his skill. First CoD's are also still the only ones where I managed beat campaign before getting bored.

Some say CoD 4 is the best but for me, it was kinda meh. Spray guns came in and started to rule. First Cod's had variation. Bolt-action rifles, semi-automatic rifles, submachineguns, snipers, assault rifles, shotguns, etc..

Just take any BC2 map and put it against a BF2 map, you will see the difference. Even the maps for 16 players are bigger then some BC2 maps.

And teamwork in BC2 is just throwing things around. That's it.

And stop that "get bored" bullshit.

@patrolmostwanted No, it wont be a BC2/BF2 hybrid. The only 2 things it's getting from BF2 are the bigger maps and the jets. So it's basically BC2 with jets. And don't count 64 players and prone as features, those are the most basic things in a good FPS.

4 men squads, no commander, quick knife, unlockables... You almost can't notice if I'm talking about BC2 or BF3. Sadly it's BF3.

And before you say anything, I played BC2. About 110 hours actually.

@ComrnanderShepard 4 men squads are because there are 4 classes. also in reality 4 men is one squad. we dont know if there wont be commander. theres still a chance. but u should agree that most of time commander was just useless in bf2. and commander shouldnt be a soldier. there will be quick and normal knife. the quick one will be loud (like bc2- prob. character will yell or sthing) and the equipable one will be silent. and i have spent nearly 500 hours in bc2.

I don't know, I think you're all being a little harsh on Infinity ward, and maybe even Treyarch a little. The only problem with the newer Call of Duties is that the weapon designers are high when they program the weapons. It's like they choose a weapon then draw a number out of a hat to set it's statistics. COD4 and COD5 had really fun maps, and if they'd of balanced the guns out so it's more about personal preference insted of the 1st and last weapons being the best, they'd be equally great.

If they gave Treyarch and IW more time and resources to create the games, they would be good again but they only give them time to re-use the same engine and re-use lots of models. Also they only have the time to make xBox version and port to the others (just look at Black Ops...it was amazingly bad on PC and PS3 but on xBox360 it would run smoothly.
