I feel like I'm an attractive person, but whenever I look at myself in the mirror or anything that reflects my image, I lose alot of confidence. I know what I hate about myself physically and I focus on all the areas that bother me. Why does it matter when another may look at you entirely diffrent, and not see what you hate so much? I have dreams to as I work in the hottest of days or coldest. Doing work that beats me down...man, I have dreams. It's limited for an American to make it to Japan.
@LookSquirrel that mirror is reflecting what you feel inside....love your self brah... dont let the ideas of the world beat you out. i still have my days but i used to really not like the way i looked.....sweat out those hot days untill the dream pours out, on the cold days put it in the frezzer to keep it fresh.... keep doing the truff things and it will come together, thats my word.

The point to knowing more? It probably stems from the whole survival of the fittest thing, now that we're past bludgeoning each other over the head in competition for food (or some other example I have no real knowledge of,) the best way to get a 1 up on someone else is smarts.
